School. The worst place for a highschool student to fall in love.
You were in the same class as the school's famous prince charming; Oikawa Tooru. You didn't speak too much, but you wasn't one of his fangirls either.
The super boring math class ended, and everyone headed out to the hallways. It was lunch time, so you headed to the nearest wending machine, so you could get some drinks. You were walking towards the schools yard, when you heard someone running behind you. You turned around only to see an angry Iwaizumi chasing a really scared Oikawa. When Oikawa noticed you, he quickly ran to you, and used you as shield, hoping, maybe you could stop Iwaizumi.
"Y/n-chan, please, could you help me out here?" He asked with a soft smile. By the time, his best friend reached the two of you, and said:
"Hey, Shittykawa! Stop bothering others. You can't escape this time, and besides, Y/n-chan is with me, right?"
You looked at Iwa, then at Oikawa, and smiled
"I'm sorry, Iwaizumi-kun, but this is not the day you'll beat the shit out of him" you answered, then walked out the building with Oikawa right behind you.
"Thank you, Y/n-chan! You saved my life there" he spoke
It wasn't a big deal, actually. He knew, that Iwaizumi would never touch a girl without permission, and he knew that you're the only one, who doesn't freak out when he hides behind you. Actually, this was the only time he spoke to you, when he needed something, but you didn't mind. You were happy that you could help him, and knowing that you're the first person he would come to if he needs a life saver.
"So....what did you do this time?"
You asked
"Well, you see, i kinda lied to him that i have a girlfriend and that's why i didn't show up at the Karasuno meeting, but i just didn't want to see Tobio and yeah" he said, now a little ashamed that you had to hear him doing something like that.
"That's all? You could've said that you don't want to go-"
"But i'm the team captain"

"No, Y/n-chan, please don't make that face. And thank you for helping me out again! I wish i could repay you with something"
"No, no! That's not nessesary, really-"
"Ah! I know how! How about i take you on a date?"
"W-what? No, no it's fine!" you said a little nervous, that the most handsome guy in the school is asking you out on a date
"Then, at least accept this" he spoke, then leaned down, and connected your lips with his.
It was a good 7 seconds, before he pulled away
"Thank you for always helping me. A kiss is not much, but think about that date, ok?" he said, then headed back to his class.
"Maybe, Oikawa, I'll think about it"
