Introduction~
Hinata Shoyo. His mother is British (and half Korean), his father is Japanese. Therefore he is a mix of Japanese, English and Korean, (he learned Korean in Seoul since they went to live with his aunt a few years back). But ultimately, he was raised in London (but has visited Japan and Korea- even amount of time in each one)
His parents didn't like the living conditions in London, so they went to live in California (America).
Start~
Beep Beep. Beep Beep. Beep Bee-
Hinata groaned as he hit the alarm on his phone, attempting to stop the awful noise since it disturbed him from his sleep.
'hahhh- what time is itt~ it's so early-' Hinata looked at the time frozen in position.
'8:30AM'...The clock read.
'' I'm 10..10 MINUTES LATE TO THE FIRST DAY OF MY NEW SCHOOL?? OH MY GOODNESS-'
He didn't hesitate to jump out of bed and quickly stumble to the bathroom brushing his hair and teeth at the same time.
He splashed water at his face then started to admire his looks before he heard- 'SHOYO! GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW MANY TIMES IVE CALLED OUT YOUR NAME?!'
He's in major trouble..
Dashing to his room, he forcefully put on a black turtle neck with a beige blazer (having greyish black jeans and white airforces on). 'I'M COMINGGG!!'
He grabbed his backpack and reading glasses then sprinted downstairs giving a peck on the cheek to his mum and a fist pound to his dad before screaming 'I LUBCH YOU GUYZZZ!!' (I love you guys!) With buttered toast in his mouth.
Hinata could hear his dad snicker and his mum giggle slightly before closing the door.
Eating the last piece of the toast, he looked at the bus stop then realised that he didn't even know where his school was by bus- or whatever would drop him off at school.
He then saw a very tall broad guy who looked about 2 years older than him- with dark black hair and blue cold eyes.
Hinata thinking: 'He looks nice! I'll just ask him!'
'Uh hi?' Hinata stared at the guy until the strangers blue eyes darted towards him. Then pointed to himself in confusion.
'Hello! Yes you. Uh I have a q-question-' Hinata stammered slightly because now everyone was looking at them.
The guy looked very shocked after hearing Hinata's voice because of his accent.
'Uh go ahead..?' He had a slightly deep tone in his voice which glided smoothly through the air , it was rather soothing to Hinata.
'This might sound pretty uh..pathetic, but do you know xxxx xxxx high school? And what bus' to take to it?' A drop of sweat tricked down hinata's neck and the guy laughed slightly after noticing the bead of sweat that was rolling down hinata.
'I won't bite you, don't worry. And bus' There's only one school bus that takes you to that high school. Lucky for you, I go there too. So I wouldn't mind giving you a tour of the school when we get there?' The stranger had no emotion to his face and it honestly scared Hinata.
'Right..uh thank youuu..' Hinata waited for the stranger to say his name.
'Kageyama. Kageyama Tobio. And you?' He said quietly.
'Hinata Shoyo. Nice to meet you.' His eyes glimmered slightly.
'Well thank you very much Kageyama haha. Where are you from?'
Kageyama stood there, slightly looking at Hinata's lips, he didn't exactly notice this but Hinata had pretty nice teeth (with tiny little fangs lol) that went extremely nice with his smile. It also made him saying names look pretty for some reason. Even curse words-
'Kageyama? Kageyama Tobio?? Hello?' Kageyama snapped out of it and blinked twice before looking back up at Hinata's face of concern and confusion.
'Pretty.' Kageyama blurted out.
'hm pretty? what's pretty?' the chocolate coloured eye boy blinked twice very quickly with a blank face.
'No! Sorry I mean-'
'I was born in Japan but ended up coming here. My parents got divorced and I had to stay with my Mother.' Kageyama quickly covered his hand over his mouth and cleared his throat since he thought he said too much.
'Ah..I see. I'm from Japan too! But I'm also Korean.' Hinata tried to wave over the subject of Kageyama's divorced parents because he knew he wasn't exactly comfortable.
'You aren't British?' Kageyama raised an eyebrow.
'Of course I am! I was raised there after spending half my life in Japan!' (Both Hinata and Kageyama are 17 btw) A smile was splashed across Hinata's face and he snickered quietly.
Kageyama flushed slightly and looked at the bus that was slowly getting closer.
'There's our bus, c'mon Hinata let's go.' Kageyama walked towards the bus and noticed Hinata was staring into space.
He decided to walk over to Hinata and drag him into the bus.
'hehe..sorry Kageyama..' The small orange haired boy scratched the back of his neck slightly. And Kageyama couldn't be bothered to act mad when he really just wanted an excuse for Hinata to say his name.
There was something about how Hinata pronounced certain words that pretty much mesmerised him since no one from around where he lived was British or had such a posh tone.
He liked it a lot.
'Ba- dump.'
