Bottled memories (kurooxreader)

While you and Kuroo were in the closet, other things were happening outside.

"OMG! Kenma I love your costume soo cute!!" Oikawa says to Kenma.

"T-thanks," Kenma says shyly, "I like yours too..." 

"Thank you! Iwa-Chan and I have coordinated costumes," he says proudly. The cute couple stand next to each other showing Kenma their costumes. Iwa-Chan was a magician looking like he was dragged into it, while his bunny was Oikawa dressed as a teal playboy bunny (because teal looked better on him than the pink one).

Kenma sees Hinata approaching him and all of a sudden doesn't know how to act. Kenma remembers telling Y/N to be confident in herself, so why wasn't he being confident in himself? So he takes a deep breath and tries to gain some confidence as Hinata gets closer. 

"Hi Kenma!" the orange-headed boy says with a gleaming smile. It takes him a moment to realize what Kenma was wearing. He blushes bright red and has a loss for words. "Kenma-... I- you look... wow!" Hinata says taken aback. 

"Thank you Shoyo... I like your costume too," Kenma says flirtatiously, even though he was just wearing a white bedsheet to dress up as a ghost.

Hinata blushes bright red. "So where's Kageyama?" Kenma asks.

"Oh, we got into a fight earlier today. So I just came with the rest of the team," Hinata says feeling a little sad.

"Don't be sad. Come on, let's go somewhere else," Kenma says.

Hinata follows Kenma upstairs into a lounge room. In there was a big screen, lounge chairs, and a game console. Kenma sits down on the ground so he can be closer to the screen and picks up a controller. He pats the floor beside him, gesturing for Hinata to come and sit down. Hinata feeling a little flushed, gulps and does as told. The two play video games which seemed to cheer Hinata up.

"Feeling better?" Kenma asks.

"Yeah, I'm very grateful that you cared enough to cheer me up," Hinata says thoughtfully.

"O-of course I would cheer you up Hinata. In a heartbeat," Kenma replies.

They both blush, not looking at each other. The silence only makes the tension between them even less bareable. 

"Hinata I have something to tell you..." Kenma finally says.

But before he could tell Hinata, they get interrupted when someone opens the door. It was Tsuki, who was dressed like a dinosaur, and Yamaguchi, who was dressed like a frog.

"Oh- sorry! Looks like this room is being used Tsuki... Don't worry we'll go somewhere else," Yamaguchi says smiling. Hinata and Tsuki make eye contact. Hinata's eyes open wide and says "Wait- Are you guys-" Tsuki blushes red and slams the door. It was now just them two. Alone. Again.

"Wow must be a good night for couples..." Hinata says nervously laughing.

"Well I think I should maybe go, it's getting late..." Hinata says starting to get up. But before could reach the door, Kenma gets up and grabs his hand. "Wait!" he says.

Hinata pauses. "Don't- don't go yet... please?" Kenma says.

"I don't know Kageyama might get mad-" Hinata says sadly.

"I don't care! So what? He doesn't control you... just stay..." Kenma says feeling desperate.

Hinata just stands there not knowing what to do. They both stand there for a few seconds. Once Hinata slightly begins to turn towards the door again, Kenma pulls Hinata's hand, pulls him by the waist with his other hand, and kisses him.

They were both shocked by the sudden movement they just stood there. But after a few seconds Hinata starts to loosen up and give in. Kenma let's go of his hand and now has both hand tightly against his waist. Hinata puts his arms around Kenma's neck, while Kenma moves one of this hands to Hinata's head and starts to lightly grab his hair. Both boys start to kiss each other so passionately, they forgot where they were. Hinata wanted more, kissing Kenma more intense. This causes them to fall back onto the floor, Hinata on top of Kenma. Their kiss breaks briefly, but they find each other again and continue. Kenma has never felt so much passion and happiness all at once. he grabbed Hinata's waist tighter, never wanting to let go. Hinata could feel Kenma's smile in between each kiss and it made him want him even more. This continued for a few more minutes, until Hinata's phone went off. 

"It's Suga..." Hinata says panting, "He said that was looking for me since it's time to go now," he finishes. 

"Oh okay well..." Kenma says also panting, "I'll see you later then,"

"Yeah.. see you!" Hinata says. 

Hinata makes his way to the door to leave. Before exiting Kenma grabs him one last time for a kiss and whispers, "I hope you know that you're mine now..." he says still panting.

Hinata turns red, looks down to the floor briefly, then looks back up and says, "Okay," while smiling.

"Okay bye... Kitten," Kenma says, as he claims what is now his.

Kenma left the room a few minutes after Hinata left. He checked his phone to see the time. It was now 12:45 am. He better get home. Kenma thought that it was best to tell Kuroo and Y/N the news tomorrow when everyone was thinking more clearly. Afterall,  who can think clearly when the boy you've liked so much finally becomes your boyfriend and your two best friends are probably making out in the closet?
