"If you tell me that you love me i'll give up everything"
Nobody knew what was kept behind the scenes when the lights went off. When the "cut and go" was said. When it was time to go back to real life and face everything. When the two of them were alone; no one knew, even them ... But they suspected. They suspected that there was a possible relationship and the chemistry that was felt was not in vain, that none of this could be faked ... and they were probably right.

Joaquín and Emilio were in their respective dressing rooms reading the script.
Joaquín was not willing to believe what was written in there.
"Temo and Aris hold hands. They slowly approach each other and kiss (kiss approx. 20-25 seconds.)"
His entire body was screaming the word "Nerves" while his mind could not abandon the proposed idea. He was going to kiss Emilio! How did they want him to remain calm in the face of something so terrifying?
They had already kissed on different occasions as they had recorded 3 scenes with a kiss throughout the soap opera and the spin-off, there were also the ones from the theatre performances and awards, but he had never felt so nervous and could not understand why this occasion was different.
This time there were feelings.
He knew that the cameras were going to capture the deep love that he held for Emilio and it terrified him. He was terrified of feeling so submissive to him, to the simple idea of thinking that he could never find true love for being so attracted to someone who was never going to lay an eye on him.
Emilio was dying from excitement.
In his head the scene was being repeated all over again. He couldn't believe it. He was going to kiss Joaquin! He had been waiting so long for this because he discreetly asked his father, the writers, and everyone that was in charge of making that possible for it and finally his wish would be fulfilled.
His heart was beating fast.
He was anxious, his father would realise that the chemistry between them was not only the result of many acting exercises but because his emotions were involved as he could not help feeling tenderness when he saw Joaquín smiling or pride when realizing that he was achieving his dreams. Because he couldn't see it as a "Work Friendship" but as something else.
They were both extremely confused.
They knew that loving was fine and any way of doing it was correct, so what was keeping them from being together? Why couldn't they be brave if they gave an example of that every day on television?
They were frightened, very frightened.
They were afraid of criticism, judgment, not being accepted, not being able to be brave next to each other. But even more that their relationship would not work out and the grief of a breakup overcame all its difficulties.
Both had to put their thoughts aside because recording needed its two actors to be concentrated but first they had to go to characterization; a place where they didn't meet therefore they would see each other until the rehearsals began.
As they were arriving to characterization the producers began to give them indications of the scenes, scenography and certain movements that they should avoid while the make-up artists and stylists were fixing them up, giving them their clothes until they were fully in character and headed to the set for scene rehearsals where the director was waiting for them along with some members of the production team.
The rehearsals prior to the official recording began and the nerves were seen from afar, along with the tension that was felt at all corners of the place.
