"Chaewon, Yerim's outside waiting for you," her mother called.
"I'm almost done," Chaewon yelled back. She grabbed her bag and went outside.
"Can you go any faster?" Yerim asked, sarcasm dripping from her tone.
"Oh shut up, it's half an hour until class starts," Chaewon grumbled.
"Yeah, it takes us ten minutes to get there. Better to be early than late on the first day," Yerim said.
"Better wish I'm not your dorm mate then, eh?" Chaewon teased. Upon seeing the other girl pout, she laughed. "I'm kidding. Come on, let's go."
"Alright, blondie."

"Son Hyejoo! It's time for school!" her mom yelled from downstairs.
"I'm almost done," she called back. She threw on her usual black hoodie with her black jeans and went downstairs.
"Took you long enough, sis," her sister said, rolling her eyes.
"I thought mom was driving?"
"Nah, her and dad have some bUsiNesS to do," her sister said, putting sarcasm into the word business. "So I'm taking you."
"Alright, let's go."

"I have literally no friends in Korea," Hyejoo said to her sister, half-joking.
"You have Chaewon and Yerim," her sister deadpanned.
"You can't take a joke," Hyejoo sighed.
She touched the wolf bracelet, which she had managed not to lose in America. I hope they still remember me.

"Come on, Chae, we have to get our dorm numbers," Yerim said, tugging her towards the school office.
"Do we know who's in our dorm?" Chaewon asked.
"As if I know, this is also my first day," Yerim said. "Let's get our dorm numbers and keys."
"We are going there, Choi."
"I mean faster," Yerim said, breaking into a sprint.
"No fair, wait for me!" Chaewon complained.
"Well, hurry up!"

"Choi Yerim, right?" the desk person asked.
"Yes, that's me," she responded.
"You're in dorm 102 with Yeojin, Haseul, and Vivi."
"Got with your girlfriend, I see," Chaewon mused.
"Hush," Yerim hissed, but she couldn't stop her grin from showing.
"Park Chaewon?"
"Yes," she replied.
"You're in dorm 103 with Sooyoung, Jiwoo, and Hyejoo."
"Darn it, I'm with the love birds," Chaewon complained. But Yerim stayed silent, gaping at the attendant. "Bruh, you look stupid, stop doing that," Chaewon told her.
"Hush," Yerim interrupted. "Did you say Hyejoo?"
"Yes, I did," the attendant responded.
"Son Hyejoo?"
"I don't know how you know her last name, but yes."
"Chae, it might be our Hyejoo!" Yerim said excitedly, turning to Chaewon.
Chaewon wasn't paying attention to Yerim, but instead looking at someone wearing all black approaching the office. She looked like Hyejoo. Chaewon wished it was her Hye.
The girl opened the door and stepped inside. And soon, Yerim was staring too.
"Ah, miss Son Hyejoo," the attendant said.
"Yes," the girl replied.
"Room 103, with Chaewon, Sooyoung, and Jiwoo."
"Thank you," Hyejoo said, accepting the key and turning to leave.
"Wait," Chaewon said, grabbing her arm. "Wolfie?"
Hyejoo was surprised. No one knew her nickname besides Chaewon and Yerim....
"Chae?" she responded hesitantly.
"It's you!" Yerim squealed.
Chaewon hugged Hyejoo tight while Yerim was talking nonstop in the highest voice possible.
"Girls," the attendant interrupted. "Can you go outside?"
"Sorry," the girls apologized, and went outside.
"Wait, if you're Son Hyejoo, our Hyejoo," Yerim interrupted. "Do you have the bracelet?"
Hyejoo smiled and pulled up the sleeve of her hoodie. The wolf on her bracelet sparkled. Yerim and Chaewon both grinned, and showed their butterfly and bat. "It is you," Hyejoo breathed. "I missed you two."
