Chapther 1: A new beginning

-Karls pov-
He wakes up from his alarm ringing. He checks the time : 7:25am. His school started at 8:00 am so he had 35 minutes to get ready. He was going to new school too.
He gets up and goes to the bathroom, brushes his teeth. Goes to his closet and picks up some black sweatpants and over-sized blue hoodie.
As he walks downstairs he hears his mom and dad arguing.

"Oh good morning honey." His mom said as she always pretends that nothing happend.

"Hey." He said mumblingly. "Im going to school now, and no mom Im not hungry, thank you bye." He said as he walked out of the house.

While walking to school he gets his headphones and listens to his own playlist with his favourite songs.
He walks looking at the ground and not paying attention whats near him. Suddenly he bumps into someone.

As he falls down the person cathes him by his wrists and helps him stand up.

"Are you okay?"  The person asks.

"Yeah. Thank you" Karl not paying attention to the person who caught him, but when he looks up he never seen a person to make him feel this way. He thought he was .. pretty?

"No problem uhh.. Names Sapnap by the way" Sapnap said letting go of Karls wrists. "Uhh what about you?"

"I-i u-uhh Karl..Karl Jacobs" He stutter

"Well its nice to meet you Jacobs" Sapnap said with a smile on his face.

"Yup. Uhh i think i will go now?." He says.

"Yeah okay see you around school I guess?" Sapnap said as he walked to the school.

Karl started to walk much more faster and thinking  "Well that was embarrassing.."

When Karl got to school he went to the principals office to pick the papers to where to go.

"You must be Karl Jacobs?" The women said

"Yes thats me." He said back

"Okay here you go the papers and your locker keys" The women said nicely

Karl pick up the paper and the key "Thank you ma'am"

"No problem honey. I will tell the teachers to not write that you were late to class since its ur first day at school" Women said as she sat down at her desk and looking at her computer

Karl got out of the office. He had 5 minutes to find the class before it starts. He went through the kids talking around him. But he didn't care and was still looking to find his class.
He found the class and got in.

"Oh hello!" The women said as she stood up. "Class pay attention! We have a new student joining us Karl! Karl do you want to introduce yourself?"

Karl wasn't in the mood to introduce but he went with it. "Hello Im Karl Jacobs, Im 16, i like drawing..uhh and theres nothing really much about me." Karl said shrugging
"You can sit wherever you want Karl" Women went back to her seat.
Karl goes to the back of the class in the left corner.

25 minutes passed and Karl doodled on the notebook, suddenly he felt a poke in his arm.

"Hey Karl right?" The person said
"Yes it is" He looked at the person happily
"Im Alex, friends call me Q because I stream minecraft" Alex said as he put his arm on his neck nervously
"Oh thats cool!"Karl said
"I really like you're doodles"
"Thank you. Noone really says that"
They talked till the class ended. Karl knew he didn't really wrote anything in the notebook, but was happy that he found a friend.

"Hey uhh want to join for lunch?" Alex said as he packed his things.
"Uhh sure" Karl smiled
"There will be some of my friends if you don't mind!" Alex said looking at Karl if he doesn't mind.
"No not at all" Karl responded also packing his things
"Heres my number,I will text you where we are going to sit" Alex gives him a paper with his number on it
" Okay" Karl responded and went to his locker

-Lunch break-
Karl knew where was the cafeteria so he didn't look that new.
He wanted to text Alex and ask him where but he has seen Alex's unread message:

Alex: Hey! The spot is in the right middle!

Karl now knew where he has to go and went  to the right middle corner.

"Over here Karl!" Alex shouted "Please Tommy make  some space" He pushed Tommy little bit to the side.
Karl went up to them.
"Oi! Stop!" Tommy said
"Please make space for our guest" Alex said with annoyed face
"Oh-sorry my name is Tom people call me Tommy" 15 year old said. "This is my bestfriend Tubbo"
"Im Karl Jacobs nice to meet you" Karl said

They talked for a bit and Karl seen a familiar face coming up to the table. Sapnap

"Oh hello Sapnap, Dream and George!"Alex said smiling

"Hello" All of them said as they sat near the table.
"So meet Karl! Hes new and hes in my english class" Alex said happily
"Hello im Dream people sometimes call me Clay as my real name but im not really comfortable with it so just please Dream" Dream said to Karl
"Oh im George, uhh yeah uhh" George said
"Im sapnap.We meet today."Sapnap said smiling at Karl
Karl has been embbaressed.

"Oh sorry I didn't meant to embarrass you" Sapnap said with a chuckle
"Oh its okay" Karl said in pure emberrasment
"Where did you guys met?" Alex asked Sapnap
"Oh uhh well he bumped into me and he fell and I cathed him by his wrists and that was kinda awkward" Sapnap said with his hand behind his neck.
"Oh okay!" Alex said "We have more people joining us probably later"

And they did. Karl met Niki and Wilbur.

"Im actually happy that Karl really likes drawing.Maybe want to join me in my art classes?" Niki said smilingly
"Of course!" Karl said it with a smile. He really wanted to do some art classes since from the last school the teacher was really mean to him if he didn't drew it good. But Nikis talking about art classes seemed that the teachers here are very nice.

*Bell ringing*
"Oh god damn it" Alex said "Okay meet you all after classes!"
Everyone got up and went to they're classes.
