Chapter 4: Hang out

*Karls pov*

I woke up at 6:24am and went to the closet and picked up a hoodie and black jeans. I dressed up and went downstairs. My mom was eating breakfast.

"Good morning" I said." Mom why are you up so early? Doesn't your work start at 9:00 am?" I asked her.

"Good morning. Honey I found a new job which pays me more money then the last job" She said as she finished eating. "So my new job starts at 7:30am, do you want me to drive you to school?" She said as she picked up her keys.

"Uh yeah sure." I said.

*Time skip to the school*

I went to my locker and took my things out of the locker. "Hey Karl!" I flinched and turned around to see Sapnap.

"Hello" I said and closed my locker. "What do you need?"

" Oh I just wanted to see you" He smiled. "Uhm do you want to go with me to class?"

"Sure" I said to him as I walked to english class. He walked with me.

We went in class and I sat at the back. Sapnap sat next to me.

"Today we will be writing a little essay. Please write your notes at the end of the class I will need all the notes on my table." She said as she started writing on the board.

I was writing my notes until I felt a slight push on my elbow. I looked at the side and saw Sapnap "Hey can I umm.. copy your notes I didn't listen what she said" He whisper to me. I pushed my notes on his side and he started re-writing my notes. "Just switch some words so it won't be the same" I whisper to him.

As Sapnap finally finished re-writing my notes the bell rang and we went to put our notes on her table. As we all put the notes on her table I went out of the class to my locker. Sapnap ran and walked next to me. "Thank you for letting me copy your notes" He said. I smiled as a response.

All the lessons went well and after the last lesson I went to my locker. I heard Sapnap's voice again. I turned around.

"Hey uhm, want to hang out maybe?" He asked me. "Its okay if you don't its totally fine" He added.

" Oh yeah but im going to art class today with Niki right now" I giggled. "You can wait if you want to." I add

"Oh yeah I will wait for you. I might go to the store to bring some snacks. If that's okay?" He said to me. I nodded. "Okay then I will go to the store, here's my number, text me when its 5 mins till the end of the class." He gave me his number on a paper. I took it and nodded.

7 minutes before class ended I texted Sapnap:

                                   Today
Karl:
Hey uhm my class ends in 6 minutes so yeah just to remind you haha.
Read at 3:29 pm
                                                                      Sapnap:
                              Hey, yeah okay, im on my way to school. I brought some snacks :).
                                              Read at 3:30 pm

Karl:
Okay :))
Read at 3:30 pm

 After class I got out with Niki walking beside me.

"Hey" He saw Niki and didn't tell anything.

"Ello! I think I will go now Karl. Thank you Karl for being with me! Bye Sapnap and Karl" She waved and walked away. I waved back.

"So uhm are we ready to go now?" He asks me. I nod. We go out of the school and go to the park.

*At the park*

"So does your parents still fighting?" He asked me. I looked at him. "Uhm I didn't see my dad for couple of days now. Idk maybe if its a good thing maybe not."

"I believe its a good thing, hey if anything happends call okay?" He puts his hand on my back. I nod,. I didn't cry I just felt empty, i didn't know where my dad was for couple of days now. But atleast I have Niki, Alex, Wilbur and Sapnap. Sapnap gets a call.

He picks up his phone and answers "Hello?" I get the strawberry's from the bag that Sapnap got us. I eat the strawberrys as Sapnap talks on the phone. 

"I told you I'm not coming today, I'm busy.." He said to someone on the phone. "I'm not going to come there only for that.." He ends the call.

"What was that about?" I ask. " You don't need to answer me if you don't want to."

"Its only my friends wanting me to go somewhere but I don't want to go with them 'cause I don't feel like going today" He grabs chips from the bag.

"Well they shouldn't push you to go there" I say "Its not really fair"

"Yeah that's true" We eat for couple hours and getting to know eachother much better.
