When the employees weren't ink, Joey was a very kind guy. Always had a smile on his face. Always tried to make people happy. But when the money started to get to his head he overworked his employees. People started to get a little scared him. But Joey wanted more than just cartoons. He wanted an amusement park. It would be called: Bendy Land.
Joey installed a ink machine with the help of Gent. The employees were confused on why Joey built it. "Just so our studio will have the finest ink!" He would say. They were still a little confused but understated a bit more.
Joey started to make Bendy Land with the help of Bertrum Piedmont. (I think that's how you spell it.) He was still working on the ink machine at the same time. (Poor Grant) But then he had a 'great' idea. "What if I make living catoons?"
He started to murder people and test the ink. Sammy Lawrence accidentally got turned into ink so joey had to hide him. He kept him in the lower part of the studio. Same with the other ink experiments. He ended up turning all most all of his employees into ink. The studio was abandoned.
