You where typing on your laptop, paying close attention to studying but a thought creeps into your mind. "Where is he?" You say looking at your phone to check the time "Iida.." you say angrily. You hear the door to the library open and Iida rushes in "L-L/n! I am so sorry" he bows quickly. "Bakugou tricked me, making me think you where at another library, I apologize" you chuckle "Don't be so formal Iida, it's okay!". He quickly sits down, embarrassed by being lte (for the first time), he takes out his laptop.
"So, you where having troubles with how to use your quirk effectively?" He says turning to you. "Well, as you know, I can only use a bit of water and mostly control rain since they come in small droplets". He nods "Well, we will just have to train harder, you don't mind if we go to the training center do you?". "Not at all, I can finish this stuff later" you both pack up and make your way back to the school "So... Why did you ask for my help? I barley have anything to do with water". "W-well... I look up to you, your very admirable, and yu are the class representative so I thought it would be okay..." he blushes "U-uh thank you..".
You both walk in silence until you made it to school, you both go into the locker rooms to change into your gym clothes. Afterwards, you are waiting in your locker room, trying to calm down, you really liked Iida, he was kind to you and very admiring. You felt super nervous, and you felt your cheeks burn "Ha.. Be calm Y/n, let's go, he's j-just a normal person..". You walk out of the locker room and see Iida, your cheeks suddenly get hot again "L/n? Are you sick?". You chuckle nervously "N-no." You grab his wrist pulling him to the training room "Wait L/n, I have abetter idea" you turn around raising an eyebrow.
"Let's go to the pool, you can try to manipulate the water over there" you giggle "That's really smart Iida!". He scratches the back of his neck "T-thanks" you both walk to the pool and you sit down infront of it. He sits down next to you "Focus your mind on the water, and controlling it L/n". You nod and move your hands into the water, you feel the water and the cold liquid brings focus. You wait for a second, focusing all of your focus nto the water, it doesn't take long before you pout, pulling your hands out of the water.
"I still can't manipulate it... What am I supposed to do? Aizawa will expel me if I don't know how to do this!" You yell and cover your face. Iida jumps from the sudden anger, and he puts his hands onto your arms, pulling your hands down. "L/n, it's okay, you've been working hard to maintain your spot in 1-A" you fold your arms, pulling your knees to your chest. You felt a sudden change in emotion, and tears flow into your eyes "L-L/n..." you cough up a sentence "If I don't graduate here I'll jsut be a waste of space...". He hasa suprised look on his face as a small cloud floats above you, lightning cracks as rain falls onto your head, water trickling down your face.
You hide your face into your knees as rain keeps pouring down your body, Iida slowly puts a hand onto your head. You feel your heart shake "L/n, you're no wast of space" you look up into his eyes as tears flow down your face. "You are smart, and quick thinking, I've never met someone I admire before but now I have". You blush and turn to look at the pool "Don't cry, you will make it I know you will, with enough will power you'll make it". You smile and turnto Iida, he was blushing and looked very vulnerable, innocent, he pulls you into a embrace.
You close your eyes and feel like wax, melting into the embrace, his arms around you felt perfect. You two fit like a puzzle, you move your arms up his back tightening the hug as you cough a few sobs. He softly whispers shushes as you cry, holding the back of your head, slowly moving his hand in your hair. Yoy felt tired, he would make you feel so calm, when you first met him you'll be honest you didn't like him in the slightest. You didn't want to be hi friend, but then he suddenly changed after the sports festival and you felt more excited to talk to him.
You felt a boost in confidence, you wanted to kiss him, to be with him, you've never wanted to be in a relationship so bad until now. You move your head up to his neck, the urge to ask him to be with you was so strong you had never felt such a feeling. You tremble under the choice of doing what you wanted, or keeping up this game for longer, you felt your face move closer to his neck. His breath hitched, and his hand stopped brushing your hair, you could tell he was blushing, the heat was radiating off of him. You move your hand up his chest as you plant a kiss on his neck, he gasps "Y-Y/n.." he breaths.
You continue to kiss his neck, and he shutters "Mh.. Y-Y/n, we shouldn't do this h-here". You look up at him "Iida, you can break the rules once..." he blushes at your boost in confidence. "B-but I want to kiss you too" he says grabbing your shoulders you felt your face heat up "R-really?" He nods. He was usually a very mature guy, but he looked so inexperienced with relationships and kissing, you smile sweetly. His face was beet red, he closes his eyes and nervously inches towards your face, when he gets close you move forward making sure to close the gap.
The kiss was a nervous filled mess at first, but then he slowly moved his hand up your back and to the back of your head. He melts in to kiss making it just as enjoyable "Hey! What are you kids doing!?" You both jump. You stand up quickly and grab Iida by the hand pulling him the other direction "W-what are you doing?" You smile "Avoiding trouble". You both run away hearing one of the teachers yelling at you to come back, when you where both safe you fell to the floor breathless. "God... That was terrific..." you breathe he chuckles "But... Kind've fun" he takes out his hand for you to grab "Y-Y/n? Um... About what happened".
He continues nervously "C-could we maybe stay like this?" He says taking your hand and pulling to up to his mouth, kissing it. "Yes..." you say with a excited smile.
