I'm laying down on my hospital bed. The whole room smells like hand sanitizer. The kind that is supposed to smell like nothing but it smells like baby wipes. I should know i've been in here for about a week now
Logan's been visiting me too which i gotta admit is weird. But, I've gotten to know him more lately and he's kinda cool.Josh tried to visit me once but i told the nurses not to let him in.
Jaxson and his mom told me i can stay with them because my dad's now in prison. i realized i don't even care anymore about him. im done
He Drops to His knees, reaching for me with trembling fingers
"A-Aleen? Are you okay?"
"What do you mean? Im fine."
He looks at me confused Then worried. "What do you mean? Your leg is seeping with blood."
"No its not"
"Yes it is look down."
Looking down I see a deep cut Glass etched into my skin causing a tear into my blood stained jeans. I watch as my pants turn a darker color of crimson red.
"Thanks dad what a nice cut.'' I say bitterly through gritted teeth. And shadowed eyes.
"Does it hurt?" When I shake my head he goes from worried to scared.Poking the Glass he watches my face for some sort of reaction when I don't give in he starts to take it out.
"Nothing" i say when he asks if i feel anything
I watch as he takes the large shard of glass out of my skin causing me too bleed more excessively
"How the hell could you not feel that?" Aydeen ask's
Covering his trembling hand with his other.
"I-i dont k-know..." Aydeen reaches for me.
"Aleen im so sorry he'll pay okay? He'll pay, cause i promise you i'll never leave you ''i-i promise" i whisper smiling at my brother but in the end i paid and he left.
I can feel Tears streaming down my cheek dripping off my chin onto my blue tinted blanket.
"Wow.Aleen,I'm sorry. Look. you know i'm always going to be with you i'm not like aydenn marie or your dad im your best friend and i haven't left your side . I proved I won't."
Next thing i know im crying on jaxson's shoulder and he's rubbing my back
