AN ENEMY ON THE LINE PART 2

~Everyone's Pov... Before Y/N's arrival~

Elizabeth pulled maria back by her waist and fell. Maria was on top of Elizabeth now sweating profusely trying to get out of her grip. Elizabeth only tightens her grip on her waist while breathing heavily. "What are...You trying...To do.." Elizabeth said out of breath.

The air was cold outside since It was winter. Elizabeth has been keeping an eye on the surroundings near the house. She woke up just In time to catch Maria before she jumped off.

Maria tried to grab her wand and loosen Elizabeth's grip. She was already weak since she was out In the cold night for soo long. Maria managed to grab her wand and pointed It towards Elizabeth. Eli just winced once the cold tip of the wand touched her jaw still not loosening her grip. "I-I don't want to have to do this. B-b-but you leave me no choice.'' She shivered and pointed her wand trying to whisper a spell towards Eli.

"EXPELLIARMUS" Fred pushed Maria off her and grabbed Elizabeth close to his chest wrapping Eli In his coat. "Eli...Hey...Eli" Fred whispered while rubbing her back. George was holding back Maria and stepping on her wand preventing her from grabbing It. Maria stood there shivering and wondering If she had cast a spell on her. ''I...I didn't do anything.'' She stuttered. George glared at her and whispered. "If you're not guilty. Then I suggest you listen and come inside with us.'' Maria choked on her words and just nodded slowly. Both of the twins stood up, Fred was holding Elizabeth close to him while George was grabbing Maria by her shoulders to prevent her from running. Maria was walking in a sway like motion while her eyes were covered by her tears.

Draco heard knocking and went towards the door still wondering where Elizabeth went. He turned the doorknob and saw Fred frowning while Geroge holding a familiar girl who was already in her world. "Fred...George... What." He saw Elizabeth sweating In Fred's arm and quickly grabbed her helping Fred to lay her down. He placed his forehead on Elizabeth and winced feeling her temperature. "She has a high fever." Draco sighed slowly sitting beside Elizabeth and brushing her hair aside looking at her red cheeks and listening to her heavy breathing. "Yeah..No shit Malfoy,'' Fred said In a hoarse tone. Both George and Draco turned in Fred's direction In shock. "Would you think I could stop whatever she was doing even If I knew Weasley?'' Draco spits back. George patted Fred's shoulder and shook his head slowly. Fred sighed and went beside Elizabeth holding her hand and placed his head on her shoulder.

Draco turned towards George and forcefully grabbed Maria's arm. "You filthy Mudblood! What did you do to HER!" Draco whispered In a sharp tone making Maria shake violently. "I-I-I..D-Didn't do anything.". George lightly pushed Draco aside making him loosen his grip. "She couldn't say any spell yet. I believe Elizabeth just has a slight cold," George said still holding Maria behind him. Maria gripped George's back and let out a shaky breath. Draco glared at Maria before turning around and storming off towards the kitchen.

George sighed loudly and turned to Fred. "This too much don't you think?'' He chuckled while Fred just gave a small smile and continued to look at Elizabeth. George turned towards Maria and offered a handshake. " The names George Weasley and my brother right there Is Fred Weasley.'' He smiled and Maria slowly took his hand and shook It. "What about you miss?''. " U..M-maria Jones..''. Both Fred and George Jumped and looked at her giving a small glare. "Do you..perhaps know Y/N.?'' George asked and placed his hands on his hips with his brows furrowed. Maria gulped and knew where this was going already. Fred stood up and said ''You better have an explanation then.''. " I assume Elizabeth would like an explanation once she wakes up as well... So I suggest you sit here quietly and not go anywhere.'' George pointed at the couch. Draco walked out of the kitchen and sneered her way. ''She won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Maria just sat down and looked around her eyes trying to avoid every one of them.

" Not too harsh boys.'' Elizabeth finally woke up and chuckled In a soft tone. All of them shifted their attention towards her and Draco smiled widely. "Feeling any better?'' Fred played with strands of her hair and gently brushed It behind her ear. Elizabeth slowly got up and held her head. "Yeah...I don't stay sick for long.'' She grinned and looked at Draco. "Very funny Elizabeth.'' Draco scoffed and bent down near her. Fred looked at Elizabeth and whispered near her ear. ''How does It feel being wrapped around my arms?'' He smirked. Draco gave Fred the side-eye while George just chuckled. "Ya...You stink by the way.'' Elizabeth tried covering her red face.

Elizabeth stood up slowly and walked towards Maria. She looked at Elizabeth and smiled shakily. Eli slowly carried her hand and went closer to Maria. She winced thinking Elizabeth was going to slap her Instead, Eli gently held her chin up and moved her face side by side seeing the small scar on her neck and her chin. Maria held her breath and looked at Elizabeth's eyes which narrowed In a sad expression. "Bring me ointment and plaster please." She said in a soft tone. Maria's face redden and looked down letting tears fall slowly. ''Ms Jones, I presume,'' Elizabeth said gently brushing red strands of hair from her face. Maria just nodded.

"I cannot say I like you...From what I heard from my dear friend Y/N... But seeing you like this now... I will settle for an explanation.'' Elizabeth crossed her arms. Both the twins looked at each other and raised their eyebrows. ''Uh...Explanation?''. "Yes...Ms Jones...Or do you prefer me calling you Maria?''. "Maria Is fine..". Draco came In with the ointment and passed them to Elizabeth. ''The name's Elizabeth Larson. Just call me Elizabeth.'' She whispered slowly and placed the ointment on her chin and placed the plaster after.

''Y/N said she wanted to bring us to Hogwarts after she came back. And you Maria... I suggest you come with us.''. Maria's and Draco's eyes widen. ''H-Hogwarts...I could...ne-''. ''I'm not asking...I'm telling. It's the only way for us to get an explanation. I still don't fully trust you.'' Draco tapped Elizabeth's shoulder and pulled her aside. ''H-Hogwarts?''. Elizabeth nodded and furrowed her eyebrows. ''Y/N...Did not tell me anything..'' Draco looked down and sighed. Eli looked at him and tapped his shoulder. "Both of you are In a complicated situation now... I suggest you follow to help out.'' Elizabeth gave him a reassuring smile. Draco chuckled and held Elizabeth's hand.''I didn't know you were the reassuring type.'' Eli pulled her hand and faced her aside. ''Uhm..yeah'' . ''We have to get Y/N now.'' Fred came by and placed his arms on Elizabeth's shoulder making Elizabeth jump. Fred looked at Draco then Elizabeth and let out a soft cough. "Yeah let's go.."

I walked out of the train and saw four familiar faces smiling and heading my way. Elizabeth had her arms open and hugged me tightly. I exchanged hugs with everyone and saw Draco with a red-haired girl. Draco held my hand and placed a soft kiss on the back of my hand. I smiled awkwardly and rushed to Elizabeth leaving Malfoy stunned.

Elizabeth had her mouth half-opened on my reaction towards Malfoy. ''Elizabeth...About Hogwarts...I need to speak to you...'' Elizabeth nodded slowly. "I need you to meet someone............" Y/N said In a slow tone.
