Chapter - 29

Later in the afternoon, Carman Lee returned to home from her trip. She has no ideas about Zhan's kidnapping. When she reached home she saw Yibo there. Firstly she shocked to see Yibo as he never take holiday from office and today on a working day he was at home. She asked the reason then Yibo answered that Zhan was not feeling well that's why he is at home. After listening that Zhan wasn't feeling she ran upstairs straight to his home. Zhan was sleeping at that time. She went beside him and check his temperature. It was normal. She heaved a sigh in relief. She caresses his hair and again went down stairs to Yibo and asked about Zhan's health which he answered that he's now okay. He had a fever but now he's fine. She smiled while noticing that Yibo started to care for Zhan.

Later Yubin arrived. He knew everything about Zhan but before he could spill the beans in front of Carman Lee, Yibo glared him and when noticed that Carman Lee wasn't watching them, told him(Yubin) not to talk about the incident in front of his mom because she'll be worried which the latter obliged.

Later when Zhan woke up he was very happy to see his Carman aunt. He hugged her happily.

In evening they all went to a restraunt for the dinner and later Yibo separately took Zhan to a icecream parlor as he promised. Zhan enjoyed his ice cream happily.

Time Skip (Next day): –

Zhan was feeling well now. Yibo asked him to take a leave of one more day but as stubborn as our bunny Zhan. He said that he is okay and he wanna go to the office. Atlast Yibo had to agree with Zhan and they both left for office.

In the office everyone knew about Zhan's kidnapping. When Zhou Cheng and Yang Yang saw Zhan, they reached him and asked about how he is now? To that Zhan replied while smiling thet he's fine and they should stop being worried. Seeing their sweet interaction Yibo rolled his eyes and left for his cabin.

Later that morning Zhan went in the kitchen of the office. Lingjiao saw Zhan going to the kitchen and she left behind him.

"I heared you were kidnapped." Lingjiao said in a mocking tone while standing behind Zhan.

Zhan startled with the sudden voice. He turned to see the owner of the voice and then ignored her and continue to doing his work which he was doing.

"Why you came back? It would be good if you haven't came back ever." Lingjiao said sarcastically.

Zhan had enough of her. He stopped whatever he was doing and turned to her.

"Can't help. Yibo gege fought on his life just to save me. So I have to come back." Zhan said and noticed her changing expression when he mentioned Yibo's name in saving him.

"Why would he fought on his life to save someone useless as you." Lingjiao said angrily not liking the man she wants to be her fought on his life for some other boy.

Zhan got it. He thought to irritate her more.

"Ohh not only that, he also took care of me yesterday, after saving me, that's why he didn't came to office yesterday. Remember?" Zhan said to irritate her more.

"What? Are you a kid? Why you want someone else to take care of you?" Lingjiao asked annoyed.

"Listen not just that even we slept both in same room last night on my bed." Zhan said and smiled.

"So what? You both are men. It's not a big deal if you both slept on same bed." Lingjiao tried to assured herself.

"Yeah it's not a big deal if we both slept on the same bed but don't you think it would be a big deal if I have slept on top of him and not just once TWICE." Zhan said laughingly.

After hearing Zhan's answer Lingjiao's blood boiled. She raged angrily.

"What the rubbish are you talking you stupid boy?" Lingjiao shouted angrily.

"I am not telling you rubbish. It's the truth yesterday we both slept on the same bed and I was on top of him, hugging tightly just like the same time." Zhan answered shyly to annoy her more.

"What do you think yourself? Huh? You bitch." She intoned.

"You tell what you are thinking of yourself? What are you?" Zhan glared at her.

"Don't question me." She said.

"But you also questioned me." Zhan said cutely.

"Don't compare your self with me." She said.

"Yeah, thanks for reminding. You are a bitch. I shouldn't compare my self with you." Zhan said proudly.

"You.." She was trying to say something but Zhan cut her in between.

"Sometimes I wonder, Roses are red, Violets are blue, God made us beautiful, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU?" Zhan said making wide eyes.

"What? What happened to me?" Shr asked.

"Are you really that much dumb?" Zhan asked irritated.

"Shut up you fool. Don't you know I am the hottest girl in the office. Everyone loves me because I am so hot." Lingjiao said proudly.

Zhan laughed.

"Stop calling yourself hot, the only thing you can turn on is the microwave." Zhan savagely replied.

"YOU.."

"Wait I know what to do. I can make you alright." Saying so Zhan started to moving his hands randomly in front of her face.

"ABRACADABRA" Zhan said and blow some imaginary thing on her face.

"Oh wait you're still a bitch." Zhan said sadly.

"Don't you think you are playing too much smart with me?"She asked irritated.

"I was born smart. You idiot. Now move from my way." Zhan said and left the kitchen.

Lingjiao angrily hit her fist on the wall and got hurted herself 😂
