It was July Thirtieth when Evie sent her owl to 4 Privet Drive, just a day before Harry's sixteenth birthday. She insisted he follow the coordinates on the letter tomorrow, a address and how to get there provided at the bottom of the letter. She told him to make up a clever excuse that he needed to flee tonight and not return until late tomorrow night and to come stay with her someplace no one heard of.

He became nervous to stay alone with her, excited to see her, but nervous. He didn't know the location well, only knowing it was deep in Regent's Park in London. He remembered seeing photos of the park, turns out it was more of a whole forest. It was rather large, her coordinates deeper in the forest then he would have liked.

Yet, he made up a lie about the wizard world, and took a two and a half hour bus ride to the location she gave him. It was the first time he'd be seeing her in exactly a month today, just a month ago she kissed him on the forehead and told him she'd see him soon. A month felt like ten years to Harry, even though he wrote to her every day and nearly gave Hedwig and Rozland a heart attack flying back and forth from London to Surrey. Though the pair seemed to fancy each other just as much as Evie and Harry did.

Their messages consisted of very flirty words neither of them would say in real life, telling the other about how sucky their family is and how they missed each other. It was sweet, desperate and a little pathetic, but sweet.

Harry felt slightly panicked as he made his way through the woods, having it become dark outside was starting to worry him. Harry packed rather fast and hadn't thought to bring a flashlight, only light of the moon to light up his letter enough to find her. Harry walked fifty minutes until he came across a lake, a small cottage right on the other side of it.

He could tell it was hers without every having to get closer, the amount of telescopes on the lawn was enough for him to know. Harry was quick to get to the front door. It was painted red and rather narrow. The cottage seemed was very small as well, barley 600 square feet it seemed, but cozy. Hoisting his bag up on his shoulder better, Harry hit his fist on the door.

He heard loud, heavy footsteps run through the house. He had to laugh at the sound, hearing her crash into the door, struggle to get it open, then began fumbling with the many, many locks. If it had been any other person in the world, Harry would have worried something was trying to get them on the other side. But because he knew Evie so well, he became rather familiar with her quick, chaos filled movements when she got excited.

As she swung the door open, he felt a sudden rush of calmness, of soft and gentleness taking over him. Evie smiled, her feeling different then his. When she saw Harry she had a rush of excitement, of chaos filled jolts and a sense of adventure. Harry dropped his bag as she attacked him, laughing wildly as her slightly more toned arms wrapped around him tightly.

"Find your way okay?" she had to laugh, holding him tightly, smelling the faint sweat that was overpowered by firewood.

"Yeah, a hour later." he laughed with her. Evie didn't smell like she walked through a forest for a hour, she smelt fresh and lovely. The usual cinnamon and blueberry smell she had was mixed with what seemed to be grass and, like him, firewood, "M' so glad you invited me."
