Unexpected lovers - A Dreamnoblade Fanfic

It was around 5PM and they were all getting ready for the party.

Dream's POV:

Dream heard a knocking on his door. "Hey Dream, what to people tend to wear to parties?"
"What ever you want! This isn't a themed party so just put on anything you like."
"Aight."

Techno walked away from the door and back to his room. Dream put on a green hoodie and a smiley mask.

He walked into the living room. George was sat in there with Sapnap talking quietly. Sapnap was wearing a bandana round his head, a plain whit t shirt with black sleeves and black trousers. George had a blue shirt with a red and white design in the centre, blue jeans and white glasses.

"What are you talking about?" Dream leant in.
George giggled "It's confession night."

Dream smiled weakly. He was gonna want all the luck he could get, Technoblade could be straight and he'd make a fool of himself.

But he stopped thinking about it, cause Techno had walked back in. He was wearing that royal outfit again, with the prop crown and the boots.

"Are we ready to leave?" Sapnap asked eagerly.
"Yeah, Sapnap, I don't want a repeat of what happened last time."
"Ok, ok. Lets go now."

They all decided to take the stairs. They were on the 7th floor, the top one. All Dream knew about the kid Skeppy was he was best friends with Bad and well known.

As the group approached the top floor, they could hear the music and chatter growing louder. They got to the top floor. There were flashing lights and music blaring loudly. There were a few people lounging outside, sipping on drinks and shouting over the music.

Technoblade's POV:

"Hey Dream, on second thoughts, I'm just gonna go home."
"Nooooo, Technoooo. Pleaseeee."

Dream gave him puppy eyes holding his hand close to his heart. It was lucky the dim, multicolour lights where flashing other wise, this bright red face would be clearly visible to Dream.

"F- fine, you win... just stay with me."

Dream smiled and nodded. He gave his hand a little squeeze and lead him into the party.

They weaved through the people in the dorm and found a less cramped spot. It was away from the kitchen, where the drinks were. They could see Sapnap with a drink in his hand, dancing and screaming along to whatever was playing.

"Sapnap really is the life of the party isn't he."
"Yeah!"
"Oh hey Eret!" Dream shouted at the tall boy Techno met earlier.

He looked around to see which direction he had been called from. He noticed me before Dream.

"Techno, thought you said you weren't coming!"
"He kinda convinced me." Techno yelled as loud as could.

Eret introduced us to a random boy he just met.

"Yeah this is Vurb."
"Heyyyyyy."
"Hi." Dream waved frantically.

Techno looked around and realised how many people were there. His breath hitched and started to feel like he was choking.

He dropped Dream's hand and ran for the exit. he managed to push past the drunk people and make it to the door. He fell to the floor outside and clutched his chest. Taking deep breaths, He assured himself.

"Hey, you alright?"

Techno opened his eyes. A boy had crouched down beside him, hand on his shoulder. He had darkish skin and an oversized blue hoodie. He put down his cup, and held his hands.

"What's your name?"
"It's Technoblade."
"Skeppy. You feeling alright Techno?"
"Yeah, just nervous."
"Alright."
"Thanks for checking on me."
"No problem."

The kind boy Skeppy, walked back into the dorm.

Techno notice the boy had left his drink behind. Intrigued, he picked it up and sniffed it. The beverage smelt bitter-sweet. It looked a shade of red. He sipped it and his eyes popped.

It tasted sweet then he thought it would. It was strong and had a fruity punch to it. He had another sip, and another, and another and in a minute he had drunk the whole cup.

He picked himself up and wandered back into the house clutching the cup.

He forced his way to the kitchen and poured himself another cup of the dark red alcohol. He drank the cup and poured himself some more. It was sweet and addictive and in less then 5 minutes, he was wobbling and struggling to walk straight.

He felt himself hit the ground and he tried to get back up. And that was when he felt a boot collide with his stomach.

Dream's POV:

Dream couldn't find him anywhere. He had checked everywhere. He was stood outside the dorm.

"Where'd he go!" Dream yelled.

The recognisable boy Skeppy walked outside.

"Hey Tec- Techno?"
Dream looked over at him. "Techno was here?!"
"Yeah, I was talking to him like 5 minutes ago. He was scared, so I sat with him."

They heard chanting inside the house and loud screams. they both ran inside to see a circle.

"LEAVE HIM ALONE!" Screeched a boy in a black beanie. It was Wilbur. He shoved some kid and tried dragging him away.

Dream ran over. Techno was slumped on the floor, smiling happily at the same time, tears falling down his face.

The boy fighting Wilbur shoved him off and ran back to Techno. It was that lunatic that hated Techno.

"Eyyyy." A boy stood next to Dream.
"Leave him -hiccup- alone." Jschlatt threw a weak punch at the boy and Sapnap pushed him over.

A few boys, Dream wasn't bothered to pay attention to, dragged the drunk boys away and took them away from the kitchen.

Dream lifted Techno up off the floor and slumped him over his shoulder. He giggled.

"Weeeee~"

Dream walked into the elevator.

"Are you alright?"
"YaaaAaa, I'm peachy perfect!"

The elevator doors opened on the 4th floor and Dream walked out. He struggled to unlock the door but when he did, he took him straight to Techno's room.

He lay him in the bed and slipped off his jacket and crown. He unlaced his boot and put them b the door.

"How much did you drink."
"Only a teensy bit." Techno slurred.
"Are you sure that's true Techno?"
"Who is Techno." He laughed. "My name is... Dave? Dave."
"Alright Dave, you should get some sleep."

I walked out the room.

"Well this night didn't work out right." I sighed.

"Dreamy! Come baaaaccck."

I blushed and walked back in and sat on his bed. He grabbed Dream and pulled him down. Despite being drunk, he still had a strong grip. He held Dream closely.

"You smell nice~"

He buried his face into Dream's chest and wrapped his arms round his neck. Dream was terribly flustered.

"Don't leave me alone. I love you." Techno uttered before drifting into sleep.

Dream listened to his soft breathing, felt his twine round Techno before falling asleep himself.

"I love you too Techno."
