Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness

Cold air brushes my arm, tingling with the sensation of cold breeze against it and it never once bothered me. I focused my eye sight on the single deer whose been eating the god damn leaves without sensing the upcoming danger.

I took a step closer with my front paws, quietly, not wanting to scare the deer away.

After I was only a mere two feet from it, I pounced on the deers back before began to sink my canine deep onto its neck.

I dug my canines deeper until I could hear the sound of bones cracking, signaling me that the deer was indeed dead. I began to eat the dead deer lavishly in my wolf form until the only things left were its bone.

After I'm done with my supper, I walked over to the near river, the one that I've found when I was running awhile ago. I sipped the clear water slowly, purring at the feeling of cold water making its way down to my throat.

After the feeling of hunger and thirst has gone, replaced with full stomach and a more relieved throat, I began to change myself back into the human me.

I imagine my long wavy brunette hair with light blonde highlight lock that cascade down until it reaches my bottom, my big foxy green eyes, plump lip and my hour glass figure.

Soon, the sound of bones cracking, indicating that I'm changing back into my human form.

I walked over behind a tree where I placed my before clothes. I quickly change into it as the sun begins to set.

"Lucy! Where are you?!"  I tried not to cringe at the loudness of this single baboons voice coming from our mind link.

Not to forget too, the one baboon whose been the pain in my ass since day one we've met each other which was unfortunately, ten years ago.

Ladies and gentlemen, I introduce to you Dylan Hamilton, our soon to be Beta which sadly is also my best friend yeayy - note the sarcasm.

"I'm just running around and caught up with a deer and decided to lavish the shit out of it and I'm fine thank you," I joked around as I could imagine his rolling eyes at the other side.

"Ha ha. Very funny" he replied with enthusiasms.

"Well, what can I say, I'm a multi-talented badass bitch".

"Yeah  yeah whatever. By the way, enough of this. Your parents just arrived here and they - specifically your dad, he's been bugging me about your whereabouts so do me a favor before he kills me - get your ass back here ASAP, Lucy!"

I could sense the rightness from his words as I immediately began to run faster in my human form. You see, having an Alpha as your father comes with several problems.
