Always and forever

Hayley Marshall and Elena Gilbert were on their way to the bayou since they were informed to look there for Hayley's family. But little do they know the witches were up to something.

" we are here." Hayley said looking at the doppelgänger.

" Alright let's search—" Elena went to say as the map in her hands caught on fire. " What the?"

Elena then threw the map out the window of the car. The two girls were confused on what was happening to them. Then the car mysteriously died on them.

" Are you kidding?!" Hayley yelled in frustration since the car had died.

The two girls exit the car and Hayley looks around before trying to call a tow truck.

" Hey I'm looking for a tow service." Hayley said on the phone before it began to make a horrible ringing noise which Elena heard too.

Then Hayley there the phone on the ground and stepped on it to prevent any further noise from the phone.

Elena had seen people walking to them which kinda scared her a bit. As they got closer the two girls fainted being caught by Sophie Deveraux.

" So what brings you to the big easy?" Cami asked Elijah who sat in front of her

" I used to live here" Elijah answered smiling at the woman.

"really? When?" Cami asked

" Oh, it feels like 100 years ago." Elijah said to the young woman

" I just moved here myself, what brought you back?" Cami asked him.

" Well my brother is here somewhere." Elijah began to explain. " I'm afraid he might have gotten himself into a bit of a bind."

"You say that like it's a common occurrence" Cami said

"Well he's complicated, defiant, ill mannered, and a little temperamental." Elijah explained . " see, we don't share the same father. Of course, that never bothered me, but my brother resents it deeply, never felt like he belonged. All told, he has a long history of getting himself into trouble"

" and I'm guessing you have a long history of getting him out of it." Cami said. " what kind of behind is your brother in?"

Elijah looks at Cami before he explains what the situation is.

" He believes there are people in this town, that are conspiring against him." Elijah said

" wow, narcissistic and paranoid." Cami said " sorry. bartender with a grad degree in psychology, total cliche."

" Listen Camille." Elijah said looking at her name tag. " I'm looking for someone who might shed some light on his current predicament. She works here- Jane-Ann-Deveraux. Any idea where I might find her?"

" No. But I know someone who might." Cami said

Elijah walked out of Rousseau's to find the woman cami told him. Sabine. When he found her she was giving a tour of New Orleans.

" are you gonna continue following me, Elijah, or do you wanna talk." Sabine asked the original vampire

"you know who I am." Elijah said

" Original vampire, Always wears a suit, you and your family are famous amongst the witches, especially with your brother back in town." Sabine explained

" Well Niklaus is here because he learned, that a witch was conspiring against him, someone by the name Jane-Ann Deveraux" Elijah said to the witch
