"HEY! WATCH OUT!"
---
There was a loud honking sound as I felt something push me. My head hit against the concrete from the impact. I could feel a small bruise form on my forehead, a minor injury. Wait... who pushed me?! On my left was a taller boy with chocolate brown hair and lime green eyes, So he pushed me out of the way—
"Are you alright?" I only nod in thanks since he probably doesn't know sign language. I take out my notebook and write the same question back. At first he was confused but he didn't question it and offered a hand. I gratefully took it, I didn't realize until I touched it but his hand felt weird. Almost as if it wasn't human— it was cold and hard, yet smooth and looked realistic. I must be going insane. But that would mean he's flawed. Is he like me? For a few seconds all I could do was stare as I felt his right hand.
"I'm Nathan Davis, what's your name?" The green eyed boy asked. Hm, that name sounds familiar... I blinked back to the real world as I nodded and wrote in my notebook once more. 'Haru Takashi.' My sapphire orbs watched as his lime ones glazed over the page of my notebook. Drip. The sky turned a vague grey as gentle pellets of water fell. I took one last good look at him. He wore a grey formal uniform, which was now dirty thanks to me, with a blazing red tie. His chocolate brown hair was now damp and almost glued to his defined face framing it like a perfect picture frame. His startling, bright lime green somehow glowed in the somber atmosphere. I felt my face burn up a little, I hope I don't get a cold. Ending my thoughts I smiled as I waved and left, I had to get home before my parents got worried. But maybe today wasn't that bad.
———"Good morning class!" We had Mrs. Takeda first thing in the morning today. The class chimed in response as I gave the usually curt nod. "Today we have a new transfer from YorkNew. You may come in." My eyes widened as a familiar brunette entered the class.
"Ohayo everyone!"
