* MacKenzie's POV*
My eyes were slowly opening, hearing a beeping. I woke up and I saw that I was in the hospital. I had a face mask over me so it could help me breathe. I tried to sit up but my head started throbbing. I put my hand on my head. I looked down and thankfully saw my baby bump still there. A male doctor came in and said, " Oh. Mrs. Tomlinson, you're awake." He took of my mask and I asked, " Where's Louis?" He then looked down at his clipboard and replied, " He is alright. He is in the waiting room." I sighed with relief, " How about my babies?" I asked, putting my hand over my stomach. He smiled and replied, " They are alright." I smiled and then asked again for Louis. The doctor went out to get Louis. I'm now like 8 months pregnant. ( A/N I know a huge time skip but I just want this to happen.) Louis came in after the doctor. Louis ran over to me and gently hugged me. Me and Louis then kiss. After a minute, Louis had some tears going down his face. I wiped them away, " It's okay Lou. We're okay." I whispered. He smiled and replied, " I know. I'm very happy that my queen and prince's are okay." I smiled, getting tears in my eyes. Then all of a sudden, my back started hurting like hell. Louis got a worried look on his face as I hissed in pain. He put his hand on my back, " Are you okay baby?" He asked. I shook my head and said, " No, my back is killing me." The doctor came in and I told him that my back was hurting. Then, I felt something weird in my downstairs area. My eyes widened as I realized, " Louis... I think my water just broke." I gasped.
