Chapter Six.

Hayleys POV

I wake up in Draco's bed like every morning and every morning it makes me happier. I still spoke pot and have a sniff of crack every now and then but i don't tell Draco. Drugs are a coping mechanism it helps especially since i saw Draco inside another girl. even if he didn't know what he was doing it scard me, and it probably will forever.
We've been told that there's a few new transfers but nobody knows exactly who, Draco and I shower and get ready to go to the hall since it's compulsory to attend these types of assemblies.
We have to also sit in our house tables so of course i sit down with the Slytherins.
3 people walk in. one girl, and 2 boys, straight away i notice the girl but i can't wrap my head around who it is. The girls start talking about how hot the guys are.
The girl steps up and is introduced.
"Meet Avery Zabini a transfer from Ilvermorny school." Dumbledore introduces. As soon as she's introduced Blaise face widens.. "i.. thought she was dead" Blaise says with fear in his eyes."
"SLYTHERIN" shouts the sorting hat.
she smirks and makes eye contact with Blaise.
"hello brother" Says Avery.
"How are you hear Avery?? Mother and Father told me you where dead.
"Im sorry that they lied. they sent me away to Ilvermorny thinking we would be better apart" Pleads Avery.
They hug it out. I notice Avery give Draco a few looks but he doesn't look at her once.
the 2 boys both also get sorted into Slytherin. One of the boys stood out to me.. "holy shit" It was my ex boyfriend.. A.K.A... Molly's brother. i broke up with him because i just didn't feel like it would work since he wasn't coming to this school. He smiles at me i look away. i think Draco senses something since as soon as Jamie sits the other side of me Draco grips me tightly.
Jamie was toxic he used to be quite hands on and he wasn't afraid to hit me in arguments. he blames me, i never told anyone not even Molly because she wouldn't believe me and it's her brother so she would have probably found an excuse for him.

Blaise and Matthew hit it of straight away, he seems nice but also quite tense.

"so did you miss me Hayley" Jamie questions me.
i ignore him. so he judges me.
Draco stands up and pushes him off. "she clearly wants you to fuck off" Draco says. I calm him down and tell him it's okay. "just starting a conversation man" Jamie assures."
Draco grabs my hand and we walk out, Blaise, Matthew and Blaise follow, leaving Molly and Jamie.
"who was that" Draco says while pulling me away.
"It's Jamie.. i dated him like a year ago" I say.
"why did you break up?" questions Draco.
"it wasn't working out Draco. i don't want to talk about it" I assure.
"i bet" Draco says cockily.
He knows i love him. i don't want to argue about it with him i just don't feel like talking about it. Plus if i did Draco would take it out of hand.
i go to the astronomy tower alone. i need a smoke i need a few minutes by myself to take in everything that's happened in the past few weeks, i slip past Draco while he's talking to Blaise and head out.
I get to the top of the tower and nobody's here so i light up my blunt and take tokes in as i relax.
a few minutes later i hear a deep "Hey" from behind me, i turn quickly and hold my wand up. "woah just me just Matthew" he says.
"sorry" i plead.

Matthew: "what you doing up here alone"
Me: "just needed a break from reality"
Matthew: "i can go if you want" he says while walking up beside me.
Me: "no it's okay"
Matthew: "so you and Draco huh?"
Me: "yeah"
Matthew: "hmm okay"
Me: "why?"
Matthew: "nothing im just a curious person"

I hand him the blunt and we chatter away about random things.
"you too are getting along" says a deep sudden voice" we both turn and it was Jamie stood their.
"i think it's about time i leave." i say.
as im about to walk he grips my wrist tightly.
"let go of me Jamie"
He ignores me and pushes me up against a wall. bodies touching.
"come on man she said let her go" Matthew defends me.
"Matthew go back to the common room. i need to talk to Hayley." Jamie says reassuring him it's fine.
Matthew leaves since he doesn't know mine and James past.
"you ignored me earlier, you know i don't like it when you ignore me" he says, putting his body pressure on me

Me: "seriously Jamie. stop it"
Jamie: "since when did you smoke... weed"
Me: "since i didn't care about what you think"
Jamie: "now now... behave Hayley.

He pulls out a pill and shoves it down my throat. I try spit it out but he forces me to take it.

Jamie: "swallow it you whore"
Me: "what the fuck was that"
Jamie: "MDMA, i think. What? why're you looking at me like that, i thought you liked the drug life"
He slowly moves his fingers around my vagina. rubbing my clit, with his other hand having a tight grip around my throat. I struggle to move and and kick him but miss his dick, he punches me in the face. "don't you ever do that again." me says. My eyes water as I distract him by making eye contact, i slip my hand into my back pocket and pull out my wand, i knee him in the dick causing him to collapse to the floor.
