(Minjae POV)

I ran in to the classroom 10 minutes late. "Miss Park you're late" Mrs. Song told me. "Yeah I'm sorry. I wasn't keeping track of time." I replied back. "You too Mr. Kim?" she answered back. Mr. Kim? I thought to myself then I turned around and there he was. "Well you two have detention after school" Ms. Song replied. "Okay" Kai and I both replied back. "Crap" I cursed under my breath. "Minjae what did you say?" Ms. Song asked. "O-oh? Oh nothing" I said quickly getting to my seat. Ms. Song continued the lesson.

(After Class)

"Briiiiiiiiiinggggg" that was the bell. I waited until everyone was out of the room then I got up. I walked out the door. "Oh Sh*t. You scared me!" I shouted. "Why are you still here?" I asked Kai who was standing next to the door. "I was waiting for you" he replied back. "Why?" I asked. "Because I just felt like it" he answered cooly. "Well then I'll be leaving first" I said walking away fast.

(Kai POV)

"Well then I'll be leaving first" was all she said before walking away fast. I just wanna talk to her and get close to her but she keeps avoiding me. Why did I just have to confess to her. I should've just waited. I walked to the lunchroom, got my food and sat next to Kyungsoo. "Yah Kyungsoo-ah, can I ask you something?" I asked him. "Sure. What is it?" he replied. "How do you get a girl to believe that you really do like them?" I asked again. Kyungsoos answer was "Hmm maybe spend time with them will work?" "What if they keep avoiding you?" "Just keep trying to talk to her then." "Oh okay then."
"Hmm so whose the lucky girl?" he asked. "O-oh? I-I'm just wondering" I lied. "You're lying. I can tell when you lie" he said smirking. "What are you talking about. I-I'm not lying" I said awkwardly and stating playing with my food. "Yes you are. I can tell when you're lying" he said looking straight at me. I gave up and told him who the "lucky girl" is. "I like Minjae. But you cant tell..." just before I was gonna finish my sentence, Kyungsoo yelled out "YOU LIKE MINJ..." I covered his mouth before he said Minjaes name. "Yah shut up" I whipered to him while still covering his mouth. He gave me a nod saying that I can let go his mouth now so I did. I looked up and saw Minjae staring at me then she looked down.

(Minjae POV)

"YOU LIKE MINJ..." was all I heard until Kai cover Kyungsoos mouth. Wait does he relly like me? Ani, he's lying. Don't believe him. I was looking at him until he caught me looking at him. I looked away quickly and continued eating. I'm so confused.

(Skip To After School)

I was walking to my locker and there he was again. Kai was standing by my locker. He smile when he saw me coming. That smile always makes me melt. I pretended to be annoyed. "What are you doing here" I asked coldly. "Waiting for you duuh. Can I walk you home?" he asked. "Umm why?" I asked giving him the confused face. "Cause. I have nothing to do after school" he replied. "Well then go look for something else to do" I replied back coldly. "I did. And its walking you home" he replied while smiling. I gave up and said "fine. Whatever. Lets go then"

While we were walking, Kai suddenly asked me a question. "Do you perhaps..... like anyone at the moment?" "No what about you?" I lied. "Yeah" he replied. "Who?" I asked in curiosity. "Do you really wanna know?"he asked. "Ani. Don't tell me" I said quickly. "You sure?" he answered back confused.
