New Girl

(Minjae POV)

I woke up looking like crap today because I stayed up all night thinking about what happened last night. I remember everything clearly.

(Flashback)

Kai walked me to my porch. I said my goodbye to Kai and was about to walk into my house but then Kai pulled my wrist. After that he just kissed me and left.

(End of Flashback)

I don't know if he's being sincere or if he's just playing with my feelings. Urghh whatever I need to get ready. I did my same morning routine and after that I put some concealer to cover up my ugly dark circle and a little bit of mascara. I walked downstairs, ate my breakfast, and left for school.

(At School)

I met Lee Bo Na, Kim Na Ri,and Yura are the schools gate. "Ouu you have makeup on. Whos it for?!" Lee Bo Na came running towards me. "No one. I just had really bad dark circle so I decided to put some makeup on." "Did you not sleep well?" Kim Na Ri asked. I just nodded. "Yah lets go before we're late for class" Yura said while putting her arms over me. I just gave her another nod. While we were walking in we met Kai and his friend. I tried not making eye contact with Kai because it's awkward. All of Kais friends ran towards the school and so did Kim Na Ri and Yura. Kai and I stayed back but I made Lee Bo Na stay with me. But then Kim Na Ri called Lee Bo Na to hurry up "yah Minjae-ah Ima go first okay?" was all she said before she ditched me. I was gonna run after her but then Kai pulled my wrist again. "What?" I asked. "Walk with me." "No, someone might mistakes us of dating." "So. Let them think whatever." After he said that, he put his arm over my shoulder. "Yah what are you doing?!" I whispered loudly. I went under his arm and he looked at me weirdly. "We can walk together but dont touch me" I walked away fast but evetually he caught up with me. When we were walking, a girl stood in front of us. "Oppa. How have you been?" she asked. "You know her?" I turned to him. "Minjae go in first. I'll come later." He looked suprise and kinda excited. "Can't you hear me" he said very coldly. What the hell is his problem now I thought to myself. I was annoyed with his attitude so I just left.
When I arrived in class, Lee Bo Na, Kim Na Ri, and Yura ran up to me.
Kim Na Ri: Yah are you okay?
Me: Huh? What do you mean?
Yura: Didn't you hear?
Me: Hear about what?
Kim Na Ri: Kai's ex girlfriend is back.
Me: Why would I care?
I lied. I did care. I was scared that they would get back together.
Yura: Minjae-ah, what are you thinking?
Me: Oh nothing.
Just then Ms. Song came in and told us to go sit at our seats. "Class, today we have a new student. Kang Ye Seol, please come in" Ms. Song said. It was the same girl from this morning. "So thats her" I thought to myself. She was gorgeous and beyond beautiful. Of course Kai
would date her. "Minjae-ah" Kim Na Ri snapped me out of my thoughts. "Oh. Huh?" I answered back. "What are you thinking about" she asked me. "Oh it's nothing" I lied. I kept thinking about the kiss. I was gonna tell Kim Na Ri about it but then Ms. Song started class. "Miss Kang, you can sit next to Minjae. Minjae please raise your hand." I raised my hand, Kim Ye Seol bowed to Ms. Song and came and sat down next to me. "Annyeong, I'm Park Minjae. Nice to meet you" I put out my hand. She shooked my hand, "Annyeong" and then she just sat down.
Ms. Song started class.

(1 Hour Later)

Ms. Song finished teaching the lesson and left the class room. 5 minutes later the bell ringed. Everyone got up and ran to Kim Yeb Seol. "Wahh you're so pretty!" "When did you comeback?" "Can I have your number?!" was all I heard. She must be happy that everyone admires her looks. I got up and walked to Kim Na Ri. "Lets go?" I asked. Just then Yura came up "Yah ppali. I'm hungry." We all laughed at her cuteness. We walked out of but then Kai came and tapped my shoulders. "Hey can I talk to you?" he asked. I turned to my friends "you guys go first" They nodded and left. Me and Kai walked to the schools roof. "What is it?" I asked. "I'm sorry about before" he said in a soft voice. "Oh. It's okay" I replied back with a smile. He smiled back. "So is that your ex?" I asked. He nodded. "Ahh~ I see" was all i said. "Umm well I'll go first then" I said. He didnt reply so I judt left. I walked into the cafetaria, got my food, and sat next to Lee Bo Na. Everyone just talked and laugh.

(20 Minutes Later)

Its been 20 minutes already but I haven't seen him. I told Lee Bo Na that I was going to the bathroom but instead I went back to the roof to check of Kai was still there and he was. But with Kang Ye Seol. I kinda eavesdropped in their conversation,
Kang Ye Seol: So do you really like her?
Kai: I don't know anymore.
Kang Ye Seol: Just give me another chance then. I know you still love me Kai.
Kai: I know I do. But I don't want to get hurt angain.
Kang Ye Seol: I won't hurt you anymore. I promise. Kai please. I need you and I know you need me too.
After she said that she kissed him and kissed back. I felt heart broken. I could feel my tears coming. I should've known better to fall for him. I ran to the closest bathroom I could find. I went in to wipe my tears and fix my smeared makeup. I walked out of the bathroom just in time before next class.

(Kai POV)

Kang Ye Seol asked me if I liked Minjae. Honestly, I don't even know anymore. The she said that she still loves me and that she knows that I still love her. I do still love hee but I don't want to get hurt anymore. Just then Kang Ye Seol made me face her and she kissed me. I couldn't hesitate not to kiss her so I kissed back. I miss her kisses so much. But then I remembered how I kissed Minjae last night too. I stopped and pushed Kang Ye Seol away. "Whats wrong? Do you really not love me anymore?" she said in a sad voice. "Mian Kang Ye Seol but I can't. I need time to think." I said sincerely but she just ran away crying. I sat there until the bell ranged.
