Months had passed, and kuroo and your relationship was as strong as ever. It's been almost a year you've known kuroo and more then 8 months of dating. It was June, though. You treasured every single science class you would have with kuroo and every lunch break you'd spend with him.

The volleyball season had come to an end with the boys doing a good job in a tournament. You ended up crying during the last game because you knew that would be kuroos last game with the team.

He always held onto your hand and reassured you everything would work out in the end, no matter what. He convinced you to continue to manage the team the next year, the year he went off to college.

You would miss him dearly. But you forgot about the future when you heard a familiar voice call out to you.

"Sweetheart time to go home." He smiled holding his hand out to yours as you stood in front of your locker.

You giggled. "Let me put my things away." You felt a hug from behind. Of course it was kuroo. He had gotten so much more clingy as the end of the school year approached.

You took kuroos sweatshirt out of your locker and slid it over your body.

"Kay lets go." You smiled while putting your bag over your shoulders reaching your hand out to Kuroo.

"You know I love it when you wear my sweatshirt." He teased. "Red is totally your colour." He smiled as he leant down to give you a little kiss.

"Red is your colour." You responded smiling.

"How about red is our colour?" He smiled

You nodded as you closed your locker with one hand, holding kuroo with the other, and with that, you walked out of the school.

Kuroo had begun taking his mother's car to and from school some days, primarily because next year he would be driving to and from school every single day, and his mother wanted him to get a sense at what that would be like.

She also told you she wanted you getting home quickly so you didn't have to take the bus. You were thankful for her being so considerate to you.

You opened kuroos car door when you arrived to your house.

"Bye bye." You leant over to give kuroo a kiss on the lips before hopping out.

You gave him a wave as he drove away. You opened your door.

"Kuroo drop you off again?" She asked while sitting on the couch in the living room.

"Yeah." You smiled as you took off your shoes.

"He's a responsible boy. I hope you keep your relationship while he's in college and your still a third year." She said.

"Yeah." You responded walking up the stairs to your room.

You didn't want to admit how sad you've been realizing your time in highschool with kuroo was coming to an end, but you could only think about the future.

'can I ask you something?'

came a text from kuroo, long after, when he should have been asleep. But it's okay, because your sleep schedule wasn't better than his. It was 3am on a school night and you knew you had to wake up early.

You didn't care. 'What's up?' You texted back.

'I want to take you somewhere on Saturday. Are you free then?' He texted.

You thought for a second if you and your family would be doing. 'I don't think so' You texted back. 'Where are we going to go?'

'It's a secret ;)'

You knew he was being playful, but that only increased your curiosity.

'Alright Saturday night, around 8pm I'll pick you up' he sent.

'Wait nighttime? Why not during the day?' You questioned getting a little nervous.

You always go out with kuroo, days and night, but for some reason you thought about different things. Considering he said 'it's a surprise' you could only think about the things he would do with you on a Saturday night.

'Trust me, I'm not going to try anything. I have something planned, and it will only work in the nighttime.' He messaged back.

Your heart was still beating fast, as always, when kuroo texted you.

You soon fell asleep.

You went to school the next monday, as usual, but kuroo was acting a little suspicious.

You sat next to him at lunch time, but he was more quiet than usual, especially with the boys from the volleyball team next to him. He was usually outgoing with them.

"Kuroo lighten up." You smiled nudging his shoulder with your arm.

He just stayed quiet while eating. You felt his hand hold onto yours under the table and your suspicion faded. He was probably just having an off day.

Lunch ended and you were off to science. You and kuroo went together, as you always had. He was still quiet. He was smiling however, so you were fine with the quiet.

You sat next to him as you felt a hand on your thigh. Since you were wearing your school uniform, the skirt exposed your legs, kuroo touching your bare skin made you flinch a little. He wasn't looking at you. His focus was on the teacher, and he wasn't looking at you at all.

You looked up at him and down to your legs. You didn't want to seem suspicious so you looked towards the teacher just as he was.

"Kuroo your hand is cold." You whispered as you didnt want to get caught and thought of as negatively by your classmates.

"Sorry. But just let me." He said quietly still looking at the teacher.

You didn't want to make a scene. You just let him. You didn't understand why he was gently rubbing your thigh, but you didn't mind. You wanted to talk to him. You wanted to ask him why he was being so quiet yet touchy. But you couldn't. You couldn't make a scene in your chemistry class filled with third years. That would be way to embarrassing to even think about.

The whole class was spent by you listening to your chemistry teacher, and you feeling kuroo rub his hand up and down your thigh.

"What was that all about kuroo?" You asked after the day had ended and you were walking with him to his locker.

"I'm sorry." He whispered.

"Baby tell me what's wrong. Why have you been so sad lately!" You got frustrated at kuroo, he'd been acting so off and you wanted to know why.

"Sweetheart I... I don't know. I might be acting little down, I know but please just ignore my ignorance." He hang his head low.

You just watched with a tilted head as the boy slowly put his things in his locker.

"Let's go." He grabbed your hand walking out of the school and towards his mothers car.

He drove you home as usual, except it was scarily quiet.
