Laying in my bed for 3 hours straight, and I'm still awake how does this work? A knock sounded at the door causing me to fall on the ground. Holding my heart I stood up opening the door I glared at the person.
"Give me a heart attack why don't you?" I left the door open walking over to my window pulling the curtains open. Looking at the now dark sky Braily touched my shoulder.
"Sorry about earlier I was just stressed I guess having someone get you pregnant then finding out they don't want to father the child is a lot to take in." I nodded my head looking out the window.
"Yea I kinda understand." She half heartily smiled at me as she patted my back.
"Can't sleep?" I shrugged pulling my legs up to my chest.
"Just thinking about them." She nodded understanding.
"They won't get to us that's why I had them take you, so that you can be safe. You're like my sister!" I smiled at her as she smiled back at me.
"Thanks I just don't understand why it's so dark here every things black or a dark shade of a color." She shrugged as she stood up she walked to the door opening it halfway.
"I'd ask the guys about that one because honesty I have no idea." She laughed on her way out. I turned my attention back to the window. Rain was drizzling making me smile I pressed my palm to the window. The rain picked up along with thunder. It crackled along the sky making trees shake, lights go out, along with making the sky cry more. My room fully dark only split seconds of thunder lighting up my room.
The street lights flickered like a horror movie. All of sudden one by one they burst making glass go all over the streets. Almost like every horror movie the person in a black hoodie is at the end of the street with a weapon. I squinted looking at the person they flashed there head up threw the 'anonymous' mask pointing up to my window.
Looking down to his weapon that dangled almost touching the floor. A crowbar? How typical probably just going to have a fun round of breaking into cars. The person walked further down the street stopping in front of my window. Throwing there hand back they launched the crowbar toward me causing me to fall to the ground.
My window burst with the force causing glass to go everywhere the crowbar landed right by my head causing me to gasp. I heard the person getting closer. Glass really and I'm not wearing shoes. I looked around spotting my black flats as in one. I grabbed it placing it on one foot I hopped up.
Getting to my door the person barley got inside my room. Running down the dark staircase I tripped. Falling down about half the stairs I finally fell to the bottom with a thud.
"Ariana?" The thunder crackled sending light threw the house seeing the person at the top of the stairs spotting me they ran faster. I jumped to my feet feeling pain shoot all over falling back on a stair I grabbed the rail.
"Help." The footsteps got closer as I looked around my hands getting sweatier by the second.
"Where are you?" Eli.
"Staircase some." Before I could finish my sentence my hair was pulled back a hand covering my mouth.
"Fighting will cause you more pain dear." The voice was smooth threw his whisper it was almost smoothing. The thing that wasn't smoothing is I didn't recognize the voice. Great is my life just one line of getting kidnapped by random guys?
Pulling me back up the stairs I wiggled trying to get out of his grasp. His hand came off for a second letting my words break free. "Let me go!" Hearing the thud of shoes on the ground I tried chasing after them. The hand going over my mouth again getting pulling up the guy dragged me up the stairs.
