Chapter 64

After a month, the Martinez family are doing just fine it has been a whole month since that incident happen and they are all slowly taking it in, the investigation was already solved and the kidnappers were already put to jail just as they should be. Albert vouches that starting from that day on, their lives would be more peaceful and away from the danger they recently witnessed...

Albert's POV
"we will be on air any moment now, Sir Albert" one of the crew stated.

We're at BBC studio, preparing for an interview.. Biglaan tong interview na to kase I was informed just a few hours ago by Eula na we will have an interview. Amira isn't with us right now, she said she didn't want to come, "are you ready?" Eula asked me while fixing tie.

"ready as I'll ever be" I chuckled.

After all that happened, it became a big turn to my family's lives, especially to me. And it diversed me in so many ways, and I will never let that happen again. I promised Eula this and I will keep this promise forever.

"after this we will go to your appointment at the doctor" she said with a worried voice.. I held her hand "I'm fine, I already told you, Diba? We don't need to go" I said.

She tsked "hindi ako papayag na hindi pupunta, what if-" at that point, I cut her off. "hindi ulit mangyayari yun, dahil nandyan ka" I said and kissed her hand. She smiled and kissed my cheek "darling, we need to go" but she was still not convinced, gusto niya pa rin pupunta ng doctor.

She was fixing herself when she suddenly spoke.. "Alam mo, you're so negative when it comes to going to the doctor, ano pa Kaya kung tatanda tayo tapos we will have our monthly check ups then-" I laughed which made her stop.

"aah, so you are now open about getting old, huh?" I mockingly asked her. "Cara Mia, ang layo pa nun" I continued..

I'm not used to her talking about getting old, she doesn't like it. Neither do I. She's the embodiment of ageless.

"yes, I am open with it, pero wala akong sinabi na gusto ko " she defended.

Our conversation was cut short when one of the crew announced that in 5 minutes we will be on air.

Eula's POV
We are now seated on the hot seat, the staff and crew greeted us, and any minute now, the host will arrive, I think Jean Garcia will be the celebrity host this afternoon, personally, I am a fan of everything that she does, and I'm also keen to meet her again, we've seen each other multiple times pero never a one on one talk.

After a few moments.. She arrived, "Eula! Hi!" she exclaimed. I leaned in for a beso.. "how are you na? Mr. Albert Martinez, nice to finally meet you" she stated.

We had a little chit chat before the while thing even started.

The interview:

 Good afternoon Philippines! this is the one and only Jean Garcia and  It is definitely a very good afternoon here for all of us because we are here with 2 of iconic people, I guess, some of you know them as "the power couple" Jean exclaimed... Please welcome here this afternoon, Eula Valdes and Albert Martinez! 

"Good afternoon, Euls, Albert, how are you?" she asked.. "we're doing great" albert answered.

Their interview started off quite smoothly and Eula and Albert didn't expect the interview would run this good.

Jean: first of all, I want to know, well, we want to know, how you two became the power couple that we all know and love today.
