Chapter Two

I wake up to Remus knocking on my door.

We go downstairs and have some breakfast and I watch an interesting kids show that was on this thing he called a TV. I know mum had one of those but I never saw her use it. It's amazing.

"Hey, cub do you want to decorate your room now?" Remus asks me kindly.

"Yes please," I reply and follow him to my room.

He mutters a spell and everything in the room starts to glow. "Imagine how you want things and they will appear that way." I take a glance around and think about what I want and it all starts to appear in a matter of seconds.

My bed is right in front of the two windows and had floral bedding. The view is amazing and fairy lights are hanging by the ceiling. I have a clothes and shoes rack that is empty as I don't have anything yet. I also have a little shelf unit and a rug laid across the floor. Lastly, I have a mini bookshelf and desk with a Map of the world hanging above it.

"Thank you! Thank you!" I squeal, running up to him and hugging him. Realising what I've done I back away and look down at my feet ashamed.

"Sorry."

"Don't worry, you've got nothing to worry about while you're here. Everyone loves having a new room and I'm glad you like it" he tells me, opening the curtains, the light of the sun shining through.

"Wait here a second." He tells me and I sit at the edge of the bed, admiring my new room, waiting for him to return.

He comes back in holding a neatly folded pile of clothes.

"These are all I could enchant to fit you for now, but if you get them on and get ready we can go out and get some clothes. You will find anything else you need in the bathroom."

"Okay thank you!" I say getting ready excitedly.

I brush my hair and Teeth then make my way back into the room. I get dressed in the outfit he enchanted for me. I'm wearing a pair of black leggings, a Mustard yellow top, and a burgundy cardigan. I place on my boots he left next to my shelf's and head downstairs.

"So, I figured you'll need some new clothes so I've decided we are going to go to Diagon Alley, A wizarding town, and then a Muggle clothes store is that okay?" Remus asks me.

"Yeah, that sounds great," I say with a smile.

"Okay, you're going to need to grab on to my hand for a second. We'll be apparating and it often makes people queasy their first time."

I grab onto his hand and within seconds I'm throwing up in a bush to the side of me. Remus passes me a water bottle which I drink without hesitation. I let myself gain stability for a minute before looking up and freezing in amazement.

"Wow." I breathe out.

"I know, it shocked me when I first went here as a kid. Are you feeling alright now?" He asks.

"Yeah, Thank you," I tell him.

First, we go to 'Scribbulus Writing Instruments' where I get some parchment, quills, ink, and a notebook.
Next, we go to 'Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions' where I get a cloak.

After that, we head to 'Flourish and Blotts' and 'Second-Hand Bookshop'. From the two shops we come out with many books: A History of Magic, Book of Spells, Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them, The Narnia collection, Polar Express, The Wizard of Oz, Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland.

In 'Wiseacre's Wizarding Equipment' I got a magically enchanted moon chart.

Now we are in 'Sugarplums sweets shop' and this place is AMAZING. Remus gives me the amount of money I can spend and allows me to wander off into the shop. I grab some lollipops, chocolate frogs, Toffees, Liquorice Wands and 3 chocolate bars. I find Remus and he goes up with me and pays for the sweets. I'm really excited to have them as I've never actually eaten sweets.
