the listening to subliminals thing and accidentally shifting didn't work.
i might try an actual method tonight?
i was up really late last night and i didn't feel like putting energy into a method, so i just kinda took a lazy way out.
lesson to all of you out there: the lazy way out doesn't work.
well maybe it does, and i just didn't shift.
anyways...
i'll probably update this later today to let you all know if i'll be doing another method.
if i do a method, it'll probably be the raven method because i've heard good things about it.
