sorry I haven't updated in a while!
i took a little break from shiftingyesterday morning, i was laying in my bed repeating "shift" over and over in my head and i was kind of just letting my mind wander while i did that.
you know that feeling where it's like you're dreaming but you're still awake?
yeah, i had that feeling and in the "dream" i was laying on the ground and there was a girl trying to wake me up.
it slowly got more and more vivid and it felt like i was there.
i felt my eyes trying to open but my idiot brain was like "no if you open your eyes then you'll wake up back in the c/r" so i didn't open them.
a few seconds later, i realized what happened and opened my eyes, but it was too late. i was back in my c/r.so this morning, i tried to recreate that about 4 times and i got close a few times but i kept opening my eyes too early because i didn't want to open them too late.
i've noticed that it works better for me when i've just woken up because i still have that sleepy feeling and i'm half-asleep while doing that method which makes the "dream" much more vivid than just visualizing.
so i'm going to try again tomorrow and it's going to work
