Y/Ns POV

After a reasonably awkward breakfast with Saiki and his parents, we go back to his room so I can grab my stuff and go home. "I'm just gonna change my top" Saiki says before stripping off his shirt. I turn and accidentally look at him, noticing red marks down his back.

"Oh Saiki what happened to your back?!" I step towards him and gently brush over the marks with my fingertips. They look like they would sting a little.

"You happened"

"Huh?" I look up at him surprised as he turns around.

"Last night. You grabbed onto me and left scratches down my back"

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry!" I didn't even realise I had done it. "Why don't you heal it? You can, right?" I pull my hand away and he slips on his other top.

"It's ok. I like them" he reaches his hand and touches my neck lightly. "We both have marks."

"What". My eyes go wide in surprise and I take out my phone to check my reflection on the screen. Where his fingers had touched there was a love bite mark. "Omg Saiki! I went downstairs with your parents like this!" He lets out a small amused laugh before lifting the bottom of my top slightly. Looking down I see more marks scattered over my body. How did I forget he did this. My cheeks grow red and I flop down face first on his bed. "I can't believe your parents saw that" I feel something soft land on my back.

"I'll lend you a hoodie so your parents don't see" sitting up again, I slip the soft blue and grey hoodie on. It smells clean and fresh like Saiki does with a bit of his cologne. "I'll walk you home," he says as he turns to me. I nod before checking my reflection again and adjusting the hood a little so it covers up my neck.

Saiki's PoV

Time skip -

Y/N looks cute in my hoodie. I'm walking her home, although it's not too far from my own. Her body is still achy from last night and I feel kind of bad, I offered to turn back time on her body so it feels better but she knows how that power works and she doesn't it to just come back in 24 hours. That's fair enough.

"If we like each other are we dating? I don't know how this works. I should pay more attention to this part in the mangas I read" she thinks to herself. My mum and dad calling her my 'girlfriend' all morning has been on her mind, I don't blame her it's like they forgot her name and just called her 'Saiki's Girlfriend'.

It's been on my mind too. To be honest I'm basically thinking the same thing as she is right now. Romance has never really been my thing despite everyone at school always going on about it.

She is about to say goodbye and go to her house but I grab her hand, stopping her. She turns to look at me. I'm just going to ask her, there are lots of ways this can turn out and I can hope for the best. "Are we going out now? Boyfriend and girlfriend going out?" Great I sounded like a 3rd grader.

Her cheeks turn a warm shade of pink and she looks down, unable to look at me. She squeezes my hand a little.

"I-if you want to be." She slowly looks back up at me, hoping I'll answer my question so she doesn't have to.

"Then can we?" This is the most embarrassing situation I've ever been in and I don't even know why. I already know her answer but it's still embarrassing.

"Y-yes" she nods her head, the blush spreading and making the tops of her ears red.

A small smile crosses my face. "Okay. Well then, I'll see you at school tomorrow." I softly let go of her hand and watch her as she says bye and turns to go off. After a couple of steps, she stops, turns back and looks around, and then stands up on tiptoes and give me a small kiss. The kiss is so brief and sweet I didn't get to kiss her back.

"See ya then... boyfriend" she giggles with a wide smile on her face before skipping to her front door and letting herself in.

Y/N. My girlfriend. Hm sounds good.

Next day -

I can see Y/N sat in class. I can tell she's used makeup to try and cover up the mark I left on her neck but, because of where it is, her uniform of slowly rubbing the makeup off. I smile to myself as I remember the other night and how she's my girlfriend now.

Yare Yare. Who knew I could be so smitten with someone.

There's a small break before the next lesson and she walks over to me, concentrating on the papers in her hand so much she's not looking where she's going.

"Hey, Saiki. Did you get any notes on how to do that maths?" She says, glancing at me before looking back down at the sheets in her hand, her confusion from the maths all over her face.

"I don't really take notes" I remind her.

"Mmm sorry I forgot you don't. Can you help me with it later?" She looks up at me as she half sits on my desk.

"Ye-"

"Saiki!" Before I even manage to reply Teruhashi comes up to us. "Oh and Y/N, how are you". Great. I almost forget about the others for a second.

As Y/N and Teruhashi talk for a bit, although the conversation seems a bit forced on Teruhashi's side (obviously not expecting Y/N to be at my desk), a pen falls off the table behind us. "Oh" Y/N spins round a little.

"I've got it," I say. I stand from my seat and go to get the pen that's rolled away. As I do a few of the others join the two at my desk.

"Oh Y/N do you have a rash on your neck?" I hear Kiedo say.

"Hm?" Seeming like she forgot for a second she reaches up and rubs where he pointed. Uh oh... The makeup comes off and she sees it covering her fingers a little. Remembering the 'rash' she quickly covers it up with her hand. "Oh, it's nothing." She says quickly, clearly flustered.

Wait I have an idea. This could solve a lot of things. Teruhashi could leave me alone and the other boys won't be all over Y/N.

After picking up the pen I walk over behind Y/N. Moving her hair to the side and removing her hand from over her neck. I bend down a little and place a small kiss on the mark I left. Y/N tenses up and I can see her face turn red at my affection. I look up slowly at everyone, taking my lips away from her skin.

"Understand?" I say to the others. Their jaws hand open in surprise and Y/N buries her face in her hands.

"You two are dating?!" They all say, in broken unison.

"My best buddy has a girlfriend!" Nendo claps his hand on my shoulder.

Now to check on the main problem I wanted to get rid of. Teruhashi. "He's dating Y/N? Did I not make it clear enough that I liked him. No. Maybe he thought I was just being nice and that I was too perfect. Oh, Saiki. I'll just have to make my feelings clear to you and then you can admit your feeling for me and stop running away from them with Y/N! You'll be saying 'oh wow' to me in no time" she thinks to herself.

I'm sorry Y/N. I just made the situation worse.
