A lot of explaining ...

Leona POV!

Now sitting on her bed. She didn't understand what to do. Her roommate seemed to have changed. Like a lot. 

But how do we get her memories back? 

Sure Leona hated Scarlet but not enough for her to wish that she would lose her memories. And Leona and Scarlet had kinda been getting along so why did they have to start over?

"Scarlet do you remember anything about this year?" Leona called out to her roommate who was in her nook away from others including Leona.

"I told you before and I'm going to say it again! No I don't I only remember today and last year. And can you tell the others to delete me from their contacts? When we were chatting I don't know it was like my brain was trying to remember something but I just couldn't. And now my head hurts." Scarlet moaned from her nook.

"Scarlet you do know the others aren't going to do that right. They are going to try to get to the bottom of why you lost your memory, and how to help you earn it back. Their not going to delete your contact." Leona said telling Scarlet the truth.

No reason to lie to her. She would find out anyway. It would be only a matter of time before she would find out.

"Well I tried." Scarlet mutter sighing.

"Scarlet ..." 

"What? I wish I remembered this year okay I really wish I did, okay?"

"Scarlet I didn't mean it in a mean way. I just wanted to ask to you remember the star caves, or what S.D. means?" 

"What does S.D. stand for? Does it stand for stop driving me cosmos?" Scarlet asked jokingly.

"No, not even close. It means Star Darling. Or Star Darlings because the other girls in the chat and me and you are Star Darlings." Leona explained.

"Oh, cool I guess. I don't really care. What were you saying about Star Caves? Or was it Starry Caves?" Scarlet asked not really caring much.

How could she forget about the Star Caves? She loves those Caves. She would explore those Caves, too! And how could she forget what a Star Darlings is? Or that she is a Star Darling? She had gotten kicked out once and she was so upset about that. 

"It's the Star Caves, and you love those Caves." Leona muttered.

"I do? I don't remember any Caves. Nor do I remember going in Star Caves. Did we do this thing only this year?" Scarlet asked confused.

"No we did it this year because we are Star Darlings. Do you remember going to Wishworld? Or getting kicked out of the Star Darlings?" Leona asked hoping that Scarlet wouldn't be mad that she brought out the part about her getting kicked out of the group.

"Uh, no. Aren't we not allowed to go to Wishworld until we graduate? Does that mean we broke the rules but Lady Stella was okay with it?" Scarlet asked to Leona's dismay.

"We didn't break any rules, wait no technically we did. But Lady Stella was the one who told us about it and she was the one who brought us together." Leona explained 

(I feel like Leona is always explaining things to Scarlet now. It makes me feel like Scarlet is like Leona's little sister or something. Lol. Scarlet plz don't kill me!)

"Um okay. That's, uh, really confusing and hard to believe. Why would Lady Stella go against her own rules? Also why would 1st years go to Wishworld if it's their 1st year? Aren't they new to the school and all?" Scarlet asked, Leona could picture a frown on her face showing that she was confused and didn't believe what Leona was telling her.

"I know it's kinda confusing and hard to believe but it's true and, uh, about the first years thing. You should ask Lady Stella about that." Leona answered.

Scarlet scoffed, "So I ask Lady Stella to what embarrass myself even more than I already have? No thanks." Scarlet said sourly. 

"I didn't mean it like that. I just thought if you wanted to ask her about that you could." Leona said feeling bad that Scarlet had taken it that way.

Scarlet laughed bitterly. It wasn't a sound of happiness in fact the laughter sounded hollow as if she was only laughing to shut Leona up (which I bet Scarlet did).

"Scarlet, I swear I didn't mean it that way." Leona said sadly.

"You really mean it?" Scarlet asked Leona. 

"Yes," Leona answered.

"Oh," Scarlet muttered.

Leona didn't know what to say. What would she say anyway?

"Hey, can you teach me more about the Star Darlings group and all?" Scarlet asked wondering what she had forgotten.

"Oh sure. So the Star Darlings started off because of. . ."

I feel bad for you readers. I'm not going to be online over the break. So no updates until 22. I hope that isn't to long to wait. Sorry, Hope you have a great break too and Happy Lunar New Year! -Midnight
