A month has passed since my graduation, and I've been texting or talking on the phone with Beck everyday. I went to visit him in San Diego two weeks ago for an entire weekend, and he's coming here today for the weekend. He's staying at a local hotel since granpa isn't allowing him to stay here, even though when I went to see him, I stayed at Beck's.
"Indigo, you have a visitor," Journey sing-songs as she skips into the bedroom as I just finished getting dressed to hangout with Beck.
"Is my visitor Beck, by chance?" I ask with a grin while slipping my wallet and phone into my front pockets of my black skinny jeans.
"Maybe," she returns with a giggle while skipping out of the bedroom with an even bigger grin.
Following out behind her with a fond shake of my head after grabbing my keys off the dresser. Descending the stairs, I find everyone in the living room talking as I enter, and Beck instantly smiles.
"Hey, little one," he greets with a huge grin as he pulls me into a tight hug, and a light kiss on my temple.
Yeah, we've gotten very, very close over the last month. I mean very close as in I'm falling for Beck, and not in a friendship kind of way.
Wrapping my arms around his muscular waist, I dig my head into his chest under his chin with a smile; "Hi Beck."
"Are you ready to leave, love?" he asks, rubbing his warm right hand up and down my back.
"Yup. Where are we going?" I ask eagerly, pulling back slightly to look at him.
"That is a surprise, little one," he grins with a wink of his right eye.
Pouting slightly at him, he just winks again while slipping his larger right hand over my left; "Let's go, love."
"You're going to be home by Sunday night, right?" granpa asks with a smile.
"He will be, I promise," Beck promises with a serious expression.
Tugging on our joined hands, I ask Beck; "Can we leave now, please?"
"Yes, little one," he grins down at me. "Bye," he grins at the family as we head out of the house; climbing into Beck's black, 2017 Dodge Ram, he drives us to wherever we're going, while I find a radio station to listen, too.
"You're really not going to tell me where we're going?" I ask with a small pout after settling on a station that's playing hard rock.
Beck chuckles lowly with a shake of his head; "Nope. Sorry baby, but it's a surprise."
I'm not a fan of surprises, but for Beck I will accept this.
"Fine," I reply, leaning back in the seat to stare out of the passenger side window, and watch the scenery pass us by.
The longer Beck drives in silence, the harder I fight to stay awake; "Stop fighting your sleep, Indigo. If you fall asleep, I'll wake you when we arrive."
"Mmhh," I hum as I fall asleep with my head against the passenger window.
Beck's P.O.V.
Indigo falls asleep instantly with his head against the window, and I pull off to the side of the road to lower his seat back, so he's comfortable while sleeping. Since it's a two hour drive to our destination, I turn the radio down to a comfortable volume, so it doesn't bother him before I start driving again. Smiling softly to myself as I enjoy the drive with my Indigo asleep next to me, and I finally park at the Snow Summit Ski Resort where we're staying until Sunday afternoon. We're going to have snowboarding and skiing lessons, and then do both activities on our own, too.
"Hey, Indigo, wake up," I softly say while rubbing my left hand up and down his lean arm.
He mumbles incoherently a few words before settling again in his sleep; "Indigo, wake up, love."
He groans as he rubs his eyes with his fists before blinking his beautiful blue eyes at me; "Sorry for sleeping so long."
Softly smiling at him, I peck his pretty, plump lips; "It's alright baby boy. Let's head inside, so we can check-in, and then get settled."
"Okay," he agrees with a small yawn as we climb out of the truck, and I open the back door to grab our bags - I had taken his from the living room of his grandparents home to place with mine before he came down.
We carry our bags while holding hands as we enter the resort, and it's even more beautiful than the pictures. From the look on Indigo's face, I know he finds it just as beautiful as I do. Checking us in at the reception desk, I take the key card, and we climb the stairs one level to our room with a single queen size bed. Indigo drops his bag on the bed as he walks to the full wall length window to stare out at the snow.
"It's so beautiful here," he whispers in awe as he briefly glances back at me with wide, awe-filled eyes before returning his gaze back out to the outside view.
"The view outside isn't the only beautiful view I have the pleasure of seeing," I murmur, moving to stand behind him.
His dark hair and pale complexion are a beautiful comparison to the glittering white snow. Indigo brings his bright blue eyes up to meet my blue eyes, and a handsome blush spreads across his visible pale skin.
"I am not, but thank you for saying that," he whispers, flickering his gaze back outside.
Wrapping my arms around his thin waist, I bring his backside flush with my front, and I whisper into his right ear; "Yes, you are, Indigo. I promise I will make sure to show you this everyday."
Kissing the soft spot under his ear, he lightly shivers as he murmurs; "What do you have planned for us tonight?"
"Dinner in the restaurant here, afterwards we do some exploring, and then come back here for some alone time to do whatever you would like. How does that sound, baby?" I reply, kissing his neck lightly in several different locations.
"Mmhh, that sounds fantastic. Thank you for bringing us here, Beck," he whispers, turning in my hold to wrap his arms around my neck.
Tilting my head down, I kiss him gently until he shocks me by deepening the kiss, as he thrusts his tongue inside my mouth, and grips the hairs at the back of my head to lightly tug.
