The Story of Sofia and Zola

Feelings All Around

Valentines day was tomorrow. Sofia and Nora were planning a party. Zola and the guy from the bar were doing great. The group got closer. Bianca was happy to be in the group. They were at the intern lockers talking about their outfits. Jack walked up to apologize to Bianca again. He had cheated on her for the third time. "We dont wanna hear it." Sofia said. "Go away Jack." Bianca snapped. Every bone in her body wanted to slap him. Sofia and Bianca made up for when they fought. "What service are you guys on?" Nora asked. "Im on peds." Zola replied. "Im on general." Bianca said. "Ortho." Sofia said. She sounded tired. They all changed into their scrubs. Their pagers went off. There was an incoming trauma. They ran to the pit as fast as they could. April was running with the gurney. "25 year old female with a head trauma and blood in her belly" she yelled. The woman was in a car accident. They all got to work. "Page Amelia Shepherd and Andrew Deluca!" April ordered. Meredith came in. "What happened?" She asked. "Car accident." April said. She was doing an ultrasound. "Oh crap." April said. "What is it?" Meredith asked. "She is pregnant." April sighed. Andrew and Amelia walked in. "That is a nasty head trauma." Amelia said. "She has blood in her belly, Deluca do you think you can operate while Amelia does burr holes?" April asked. "Sure." Deluca said. They booked and or. "Zola and Bianca you will be scrubbing in." April ordered. They went with April, Deluca, and Amelia and got to work. Sofia was popping bones in place in the meanwhile.

After the long day in the or, everyone got ready for the party. The guy Zola met at the bar was her date. Everyone else went together. They got to the party and a lot of people were there. The set up was cool. Bianca spotted Jack and walked in the other direction. So far the party was awkward. Sofia and Nora were hanging out. "Okay I really need to talk about this so dont judge me." Sofia said. "Okay." Nora said. "I have a crush on Zola." Sofia whispered. "Oh my gosh.". "I know right." Sofia sighed.

Zola was talking to Luke. They were having a good time but a tiny part of her mind was thinking about Sofia. She really liked Luke though. He was charming for sure. They talked for a while but talking with Sofia felt different in so many ways.

Bianca walked up to Nora and Sofia. "Whats wrong?" she asked. "Sofia is watching her crush talk to someone else." Nora said. "I don't think she is a crush... i'm in love with her." Sofia took another sip of her drink. "Are you okay?" Bianca asked. "No." Sofia replied. This felt very familiar to Bianca.

"If it helps you I fell in love with my tutor. He was in football and he wanted credits for college. He was using me and he acted like he liked me back. I asked him to prom and he rejected me in front of my whole school." Bianca said. "Thats really messed up." Sofia looked at Bianca. "It was also 10 years ago." Bianca replied. "I was the loser." Nora laughed. "Well a lot of people heard of my parents so I was prom queen." Sofia said. "We would not have been friends." Nora said. They all laughed

Everyone had fun and the party was wrapping up. Everyone was starting to head home. Sofia was cleaning up. Zola approached her. "Hey." Zola seemed guilty for hanging out with her boyfriend the whole time. "Oh hey.." Sofia responded. "You seem upset are you okay?" Zola asked. "Im fine." Sofia said. "Doesn't seem like it.". "Ive had a long day Zola I just wanna go to bed."

"Ok im going to go home. Good night." Zola said. She left and went back to her house.

Guys i am going to be taking a break from this book because i am starting a new one. I will come back to it.
