He told you he's a human. When you raised your eyebrow at him, asking him what he means with that, he apologized, saying he thought you were both saying things that aren't true.

Hank:

He just said you can only say that once you look like him. When you told him not to say such things about himself, he chuckled and said that's hypocritical of you then if you say such things about yourself but he can't about himself.

Kara:

She gave you a smile, telling you that you shouldn't think that way of yourself. When you gave her a frown and said she is prettier, she chuckled and told you it is not a competition and two people can be beautiful at the same time.

Markus:

He was confused where this suddenly came from before he smiled and assured you you are good looking. When you pointed out your flaws, he chuckled and told you everyone has flaws, it's a very normal thing and flaws can be improved on so no need to bash yourself down for them.

Gavin:

He looked at you before asking you why the fuck he would date an ugly person, which is his way of telling you you are pretty the way you are so stop saying things that aren't true.
