Chapter 10

Last time ash had another normal day in school as there was two announcements, the first was that the tournament was now canceled until after two weeks and the second was that there was going to be a field trip to Galar and after ash, Lillie, Dawn, and Gladion all did their tests and soon after the day was over Lillie decided to spend her day with ash and while there Lillie saw that ash had almost completed his Pokédex but then she saw that he was missing one more Pokémon in order for him to have 100% completion and while they looked through the books ash had with him they then came across a book about a Galar legend known as the Darkest Day and soon after they cleaned up, ate, and went to sleep. Now let's see what they are doing now.

Ash and Lillie are now waking up and after they see that they have an hour until school starts so they both got changed and went downstairs to eat breakfast and after they finish and got their belongings Lillie then realized something "Ash today is the day the teachers determine who gets to go on the field trip!" Ash then said "You're right!" The two then got their Pokémon and went to school. After they got there and met up with Dawn and Gladion they then told the two that today would be the day the teachers determine who does and doesn't get to go on the trip and after they got to their class and sat down the teacher then came into the room and said "Ok students I have a sheet of paper that has The names of the students that will be attending the field trip so if you don't hear your name then that means you will not be going on the trip." As the teacher started to call out names ash and his friends were very nervous as after they heard their names they then got very happy but the bullies also got to go on the trip except for these students Paul, Misty, Drew, and Iris as this made them very mad and after they ask the teacher what they got on their tests the teacher then literally pulled out their tests and showed it to the ones that get to go and while ash and his friends wanted to laugh they didn't because that would be very rude of them.

After the class was over and they were in their way to their next class Gary tried to trip ash but he couldn't and so Serena then tried to trip Lillie and soon ash then caught her as fast as he can and after he did as such ash then asked "You ok Lillie?" After she says that she's ok Serena then got mad as Gladion then said "And just what are you doing, trying to make my sister fall?" Serena then stopped and turned around very nervously and tried to lie but Gladion didn't buy it and said "If you try and hurt my sister you are going to regret it understand." Serena then nodded and ran away.

During one of the classes their teacher said that the Trip to Galar was next week on Monday and that they should get any belongings they need so they are ready and after the day was over the four then ran back to their homes to get their things while Lillie and Gladion told everything to Lusamine and this both makes her surprised and happy and after they told her that they need to get anything they need for the trip they then head to their rooms and pack all the things they need like clothes and after they finished lillie then decided to call ash and ask if he packed his things and after he answered ash then said "Hey Lillie, what is it?" Lillie then asked "Ash did you pack you're things for the trip?" Ash then said "That's what i have been doing." Lillie then said "We're going to be there for an entire week." Ash then said "Thanks for reminding me and see you tomorrow I love you." Lillie then giggles and said "I love you too." After Lillie hung up the call she then looked over at Snowy who was looking out the window and after Lillie asked "What's wrong Snowy?" She then turned to Lillie and let out a small cry and Lillie then realized it and she said "You're thinking about Pikachu right?" Snowy then nodded and this made her smile as she said "Don't worry you'll see him again." Snowy then smiled and jumped into her arms and after Lillie giggles she then decides to groom her.

Meanwhile with ash who was finished packing his things for the trip he then felt something as he then thought "Something tells me that something bad is going to happen on this trip." Ash then decides that the thing he should do is not to bring half of his Pokémon but all of them and after he but all of his Pokémon into their pokeballs except for Pikachu he then put them all in his bag he then turned over to Pikachu who was also looking out the window and after he said "What's up buddy?" Pikachu then also did the same thing and ash then said  "You thinking about Snowy?" Pikachu then nodded and ash then said "Don't worry you'll see her again." Pikachu then smiled and hopped onto his shoulder and ash then smiled as he then decides to head to the store and get the thing he saw which was a necklace that had an emerald in the center and buy it for Lillie and so he decides to grab his wallet and head to the store and after he got there he then went to the place he saw the necklace and after he got it, Pikachu decides that he wants to get something for Snowy and after a while he found a beautiful flower necklace and after he showed it to ash he then said "Sure buddy you can get it for Snowy." After they bought the two necklaces and left they then went back home and decided ash decides to put the necklace in a small bag and Pikachu decides that he's just going to give it to her on Sunday and after they put them away they then went to sleep and decides to get ready for tomorrow.

The next day ash woke up and realized that today they had no school because it was snowing outside and this made ash happy as he didn't have school at all and after Pikachu woke up he then showed the weather to him and this made him happy and so ash then got changed into his winter clothes and he and Pikachu went outside and ash then decides to send out his Glalie and after it sees that is snowing it then began to have fun and soon Pikachu and ash then rolled around some snowballs and stacked them on top of each other and Glalie decided to be the head and this made ash laugh as he then got a text from Lillie saying "Hey ash I'm on my way to your house are you ok?" He then sent back saying "Yeah in fact I'm right outside." And after he sent it he then saw that Pikachu was gone and after he looked around he then felt something hit the back of his head and he saw that Pikachu threw a snowball at him and while pikachu was laughing ash took the time to throw one right back at him and after he did ash then laughed and soon he heard Lillie's voice and so he planed a small prank on her as he wanted to have Glalie scare her and after he and Pikachu play along and Lillie comes over and says hi, she then sees the snow man with Glalie on top and after she saw how amazing it looked Glalie then opens his eyes and this scared Lillie and Snowy as ash and Pikachu laughed as after the two got up and looked at each other and smirked as while snowy launched a Powder Snow Lillie threw two snowballs at ash and Pikachu and after they hit Lillie and Snowy are the ones who were laughing as after that the two then began to have a snowball fight.

After a long time the two then decided to head inside  and sat down and soon the two then began to talk more about the trip to Galar and after they said that they had all their belongings all set and ready, but they had to wait two more days as after today it was going to be the weekend and ash then decided that he needed more information on the Darkest Day and after he tried looking through other books he couldn't find anything and afterwards they gave up and decided to put all of the books back and after they did so the two then decided to play a few games while Pikachu and Snowy were playing together as well.

While playing Snowy then decided that she has to confess to Pikachu as she then gave Pikachu a quick kiss and this made Pikachu blush and after that Snowy then said "Pikachu I wanted to say this but I really like you." Pikachu then said "I actually wanted to tell you the same thing." The two then hugged as they smiled at each other. Snowy then tackled Pikachu onto the ground and started to nuzzle him and this made Pikachu laugh as he was very ticklish.

Ash and Lillie saw the event unfold and this made the two happy for Pikachu and Snowy and after that Lillie then told ash that she was going to head back to her house and after they said goodbye ash then decided to check the time as he then proceeded to make something for him and Pikachu and after they ate the two then went to sleep.
