Natural Disasters(Txt)

Yeonjun P.O.V

I was walking down a street when I noticed someone handing out flyers. Most people ignored him, but I walked up to him and asked him what it was for. He said that they were hiring some people to test a virtual reality game. I asked him if I could take a flyer which he said I can. I took one flyer and continued walking. I needed a job so I looked down at the flyer seeing how much they would pay me. It said that it would pay the testers 100,000 dollars. I was surprised that it was so much. It also said only five people could apply. Right below it had the phone number to apply for the job.

When I got back home I immediately grabbed my phone and dialed the number. A lady answered the phone and asked why I called. I asked her if they were still hiring people for the testing. She answered saying that I was the fifth person to apply which meant I was able to get in. She told me that the testing is tomorrow at 9:00a.m. I said ok and hung up.

Few hours later

It was about 7:00p.m and I just had dinner. I was craving some mint chocolate ice cream but I didn't have any in my freezer. So I had to go out to the store. Luckily the store is only 2 minutes away. Once I arrived I went straight for the ice cream and left. I got back home and ate half of the ice cream. After that I went to sleep on my bed.

I woke up and checked the time. It was 8:00. I woke up later than I wanted to. I took a shower and put some clothes on. I grabbed my phone and realized I didn't ask for the address. I panicked, but my phone rang and it was the same number that I called yesterday to talk to the girl. I answered it quickly. She apologized for forgetting to tell me the address. She told me the address. I got my GPS out and typed *****Blue Hour Street.

The GPS said it was about 40 minutes away. It's about 8:10 so I have to hurry. I mostly ran to the building, taking small breaks when I ran out of breath. I arrived at the building. It looked to be about 40 floors. I went through the door  and looked around, not paying attention to what's in front of me. Few seconds later I ran into something, well actually a person. I apologized, saying that I should've paid attention. I looked up to see a boy with blue hair. He smiled showing that he had a dimple. It looked like he was going to say something but the elevator had just arrived. He entered and I followed him.

"Are you going to the job?" I asked

"Job? You mean one of the game testers." He said

"Yeah." I replied.

"Yes I am, also what's your name?" He asked

"Oh, I'm Yeonjun. How about you." I said.

"I'm Soobin. Nice to meet you." He said

"Nice to meet you, too." I replied.

The elevator door opened. We were on the 20th floor. There was a sign that had an arrow pointing to the left. We went the same direction as the arrow. We later arrived at a room with 3 other people. I assumed that they were the three other game testers. The door had opened, all 5 of us entered.

There were 5 chairs and a guy sitting on a chair. He said that each person here sits on a chair. We all did. Five people in lab coats came up to us and put a headset on us. Then something had been tied around us. We couldn't move after that. They guys started talking about how the game is a series of natural disasters and we were gonna have to survive it. If we die in the game we die in real life and will have to start from the beginning of the game after one person dies. After that we all passed out.
