As the sun arises,
As the far lands come,
Will we ever know,
When our day is done,
But not for now,
As the people walk,
As the people bow,
In honour for our future,
Our future, our hope, our light,
But I'm not really sure,
If we will ever see the sight,
We are all looking forward to it,
Oh, I know that's true,
But I'll be happy as can be,
As long as I'm with you,
The future will come, it'll come,
Although it might be a while,
But it'll be worth it,
Once I see your smile,
But for now,
As the sun arises,
As the far lands come,
Now we must wait,
Till the day is done.
