Lillian went to the library to meet up with Hermione after dinner. She had permission from her father to go to the Weasley's house for the winter holidays. She was quite concerned for Katie, not just because she wasn't the target, but also because she wanted to see how everything would have worked out. Slowly, she made her way to a secluded section of the library and sat down, choosing a book to read.
Soon, footsteps approached, "Lillian?" She looked up and closed her book. Hermione pulled out the chair beside her and sat down softly, "How are you? You seemed upset at dinner."
Truth was, Lillian and Draco had a few words before, in which Draco said he would never date her. She sighed and shook her head, "Draco and I had a few words before dinner. I'm not going to the ball in the spring. He's finding someone else."
Hermione sighed, "Well, we'll figure that out soon. What did Snape say about staying with all of us through break?"
Lillian smiled, "That's the one thing that actually worked out today. He said I could come."
Hermione smiled softly and giggled, "When we get to the burrow, I'll help you get settled. You can stay with Ginny and I. You may find a dress you like, we're going dress shopping, you should go anyway.."
Lillian smirked, "Maybe, I'll plan on it. We leave Friday, correct?"
Hermione nodded softly, "Yeah. Molly said it was alright, so that's good. She said as for travel, you're welcome to use their floo network."
Lillian nodded softly, "Alright. Thank you...I should get back to my dorm. I need to get back before Draco to keep peace....and I should probably start packing what I can."
Hermione nodded again, "Alright. If you need anything, let me know. I'm always here."
Lillian smiled and silently walked back to her dorm. She sat on her bed and sighed before grabbing her trunk. She packed everything she would need to take, only leaving one school uniform out, along with a casual outfit as that would be all she would need to keep out for the -week.
____________________ Time Skip to Friday _____________________________
Friday couldn't have came soon enough for Lillian. She and Draco had been in an argument and hadn't been talking since. She was going to stay with the Weasleys, by invitation of Ron. She was going with the alibi that she was wanting to spend more time with her brother, but really she went to get more information for the Dark Lord.
She finished packing her trunk and went to get dressed. After getting dressed in some high wasted jeans and a cropped hoodie, she made her way to the Great Hall for breakfast. She sat beside Hermione and smiled, "Good Morning."
Hermione smiled, "Hello, all packed?"
Lillian nodded. Harry looked up and immediately stood. Katie Bell, the girl that was cursed, had walked inside. He went up to her and started a conversation. Draco walked in softly. Lillian looked at him, gave him a glare and went back to talking to Ron and Hermione. Harry saw that out of the corner of his eye and excused himself from Katie.
Harry looked to Lillian, "Did he hurt you? If he did I'll kill him."
Lillian looked at him, "He didn't-"
Hermione looked at her and then to Harry, "They had a few words before dinner a few nights ago...he said some rude things...and made it very clear he wanted nothing to do with her.." Harry's face flushed with rage and anger. He stood up and bolted from the Great Hall in the same direction Malfoy had done moments earlier.
Ron looked to the girls, "Let's go grab our trunks and head to the station. We'll get a decent set of seats." Hermione nodded in agreement. They got up and went from the hall. They walked together to the stairs and separated.
