New Friends?

"Hello there" said Mikey to the group of teenagers on the street. They all replied "hello and who are you" in a soft creepy tone. Mikey and Cindy took that reply as nothing and continued their walk down the street. As they proceeded down the street, the teenagers suddenly started to walk behind them, tailing them. Mikey noticed and signaled Cindy to walk up, the faster they walked, the closer the others got to them.

Mikey bravely turned around and asked politely " Why are you guys following us?"

They replied " Because you both seem kind and we would like you to join our Occult Club, Can we have your numbers?"

This was a sticky situation for Mikey because he doesn't like declining person's offers. As Mikey was about to reply Cindy with a soft voice said " Please remove yourselves from our presence, you are really beginning to piss me off." She then grabbed Mikey's hand and walked away.

Mikey was so shocked by her reaction he laughed then said " Don't you think you were a bit harsh on them, they just wanted to be friends."

Cindy said " Yeah, I feel a little bad but that's in the past."

Mikey " Let us go into the store then head back home, it's getting a bit late."

Cindy "Yeah"

The four teens from earlier then walked into the same store as them and were headed their way. Mikey and Cindy hid behind a freezer until they passed but ten minutes passed then and half hour and before they knew it an hour. It appeared as if the group of teenagers were taking up a challenge of sleeping in the store to research reported paranormal activity in the store.

PA System plays:

" Attention all customers the store will be closed in five minutes.

Mikey whispers "we need to move girl." Cindy said "let's go please, I hungry bad boy."

They secretively got up and crouched their way towards the door until they heard " Hey you idiots that hurt us!" Upon hearing this they sprinted towards the exit and ran down the street without looking back.

They didn't even manage to accomplish their goal of buying food because of how much they got caught up with the others. As they sat on the swing together, they talked about how much fun that was and how they wanted to do that again.

Mikey " I wanna do that again but it would only be fun if I did it with you."

Cindy " I want to do that again too, it was too much fun to not want to do it again."

Drip, drip, drip, the rain was beginning to come down so they got up and went inside where it was warm.

They both took showers and decided to sit and watch a movie together. Now an awkward silence was there between them. Mikey placed his arms closer and closer until it was completely wrapped around Cindy. Cindy then held onto Mikey's cheeks and placed her hands onto Mikey's lap. As Mikey leaned closer to Cindy.
