Y/N'S POV

I went to the cafeteria, I joined my friends, my best friends Jennie, Rose, ryujin and Jisoo, we've been studying together since 3rd grade. We've been inseparable since then.

"hey Y/nieeee!" Jennie said "heyy Jen! Heyy guys!" I said, "sooo how's things going with jUnGoOK?" Ryujin asked wiggling her eyebrows, the 4 of them already knew about the major crush I have on Jungkook.

They never miss a chance to tease me, "ooOOo look at our Y/nieee blushingg!" Rose said nudging my shoulder "I swear I don't know if  our Y/niee's face or this tomato is more red" Jisoo said holding up a piece of tomato with her fork. 

"shut up guys!" I said between giggles, "Y/nkookk for the win!" "I mean you guys would make the cutest couple, it would literally be the schools hot topic" "awww Y/nkook!"

My friends kept teasing me, To be honest I couldn't help but to feel good hearing them say we'd make a good couple.

I just looked towards the table where Jungkook and his friends were seated, I couldn't help but to awe at how he stuffed his mouth with the sandwich forming a cute pout, and the doe eyes he had looking at his hyungs, he was the youngest in their friend group, how innocent he looked.

I quickly looked away so he doesn't catch me staring.

Jungkook's pov

I looked towards Y/n's table, I couldn't help but to smile at the sight of her being so goofy in front of her friends, laughing out loud, showing of her dimples, having some of the cupcakes icing on her lil nose while she just laughed and didn't give 2 f*cks about world, just that pure soul smiling like a lil kid.

------Time skip------

Y/n's pov

It was a free lecture and so I thought it would be a great idea to go to the library, I went to the library and as I was picking a book, I felt a someone whisper-yell in my ear "hey Pothead!", I was about to let out a scream and the sudden voice when shushed me by putting his palm on my mouth, I slapped his hand away only to leave both of us blushing at the close distance, we looked into each other's eyes for a few seconds in an oddly comfortable silence, until he backed away "w-what are you doing in the library pothead" he said mentally slapping himself for stuttering, "It was free lecture so I decided to come to the library" I answered, I grabbed a book and started reading it, I've read half of it and I was dying to continue reading the rest of it because the suspense was killing me, I grabbed the book and sat on of the empty chairs.

Jungkook sat next to me.

Jungkook's pov

I decided to scare Y/n in the library and things may or may have not turned out well, I mean I don't know if it would be weird of me to say that but those few seconds were probably one of the best, I don't know how she feels about me and I hope I didn't make her uncomfortable, I took my seat next to Y/n and saw her focused on the book she was reading, she looked so focused yet so cute, I was bored and so I just

"hey you know the king in this story dies in the end, and the person who murders the king is his own son!" I blurted out ruining all the suspense.

"JUNGFREAKINGKOOK WHAT IS FREAKING WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU LITERALLY RUINED EVERYTHING!" she whisper yelled, I couldn't help but internally awe at her angry face and at how she doesn't swear and uses Freak instead of actually using fvck.

"So? I was bored, not my problem you were so slow at reading that goddamn book" I said

"You know what I'm done with you" she said leaving the library, I just smiled to myself.

Bickering has become our daily routine, I could say that incident we had in the library, were the only few seconds we actually didn't bicker.
