I have always admired you,
Of how far you are,
How beautiful you shine through night,
How you leave a trail behind you,
How people wish from you,
Things,
That you might not be even able to fulfill,
And yet, people hold on to you,
Put their faith in you,
Wish for this and that.
And you,
You just smile at them,
And leave them in awe,
As you travel across the sky,
In the darkness.
And I,
I keep watching you through my window,
Thinking that,
I am just like a shooting star,
By looking at it,
People may wish a 1000 things,
But the truth is,
It is just gone,
In,
A blink of an eye.
