While dean and sam was driving to the abandoned wearhouse where Caitlin was, she was hanging from the ceiling with a iv in her drawing blood from her. Caitlin was in a coma state that was her own dream world. Caitlin woke up in a bed next to dean with his arm wrapped around her. Caitlin freaked out and rolled out of bed the scooted back to the wall. When she looked up she looked at dean who was sitting up and she yelled "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" she asked as she was confused.

Dean in the dream land looked at her " honey calm down and join me in bed we don't have a case anytime soon " he said in a smooth voice as he got up. Dean made the bed and then picked Caitlin up putting her on the bed. Dean felt her head " your not running a fever, did you bump your head dear?" He asked. Dean went into their bathroom to shower and pokes his head out " have I told you that I am glad we told each other how we felt in highschool and got married at 18 your the love of my life" dean then showers as Caitlin was trying not to pass out from shock.

Caitlin knew this wasn't real but it had to be she was able to touch this dean. She got up and looked around their house. She saw a wedding photo of them two along with a photo of bobby and john hugging. She had no idea what fantasy she was in but it was weird for her. The phone rang and she answered " Caitlin carter singer how can I help you " she heard a male laugh and it was sam " don't you mean Caitlin winchester sis in law anyway me and Jessica are coming up to kanas to see you and dean" he said. Caitlin was shocked because she had known jessica died and this was making her head spin " sure ok I will tell dean" she said.
While Caitlin was trying to figure out what was going on while her physical body was slowly being drained of blood. She walked around the house and was looking at everything it was definitely her who decorated the house but deans chick flick moments was weird because it wasn't normal for him.
