The Kierlus Alphabet (one shots)

Dubai

(A/N: This chapter is set 9 years into the future)

Caylus's POV:

It's been 10 years since I took Keira to Dubai for our one year anniversary and now we're here celebrating our 10 year anniversary! I thought it would be really special to take her back to Dubai to see how much it has changed in the past 9 years.  We're going to stay at the same place we stayed at back then as like a memory of the first year we spent together,I'm also planning something really special for her when we are there but she's gonna have to wait till our anniversary for that. Today is September 20th, two days before our anniversary and we're arriving in Dubai tomorrow. I hope she likes the surprise.

'Come on Keira we have to go!' I shout into the other room as she's still doing her hair. 

'Ok I'm coming I just have to finish my hair' She replies as she lifts up the hair curlers.

Kiera's POV: 

'How do I look?' I ask Caylus as I grab my suitcases.

'Beautiful as always' He replies in his usual soft, kind voice. 

I gave him a kiss as we walked out the door him holding my hand tightly. It was almost 6am and I was still very tired. We had to be on the plane for 19 hours and I was already really tired. We boarded the plane at 6:30 so while we were at the airport Caylus and I were talking about things that we should do while we're in Dubai. 

'Well, personally I think we should go back to the top of Burj Khalifa again, it'll remind us of the first time we ever went 9 years ago.' Caylus says.

'You know I'm still terrified of heights..' I reply

'I'll be there with you, I would never let anything happen to you' He says grabbing my hands and holding them. 'You can even hold my hand on the way up!' He added, followed by a playful giggle..

'Ok, as long as you're with me I'll be ok.' I reply with a soft smile on my face as I look straight into his puppy brown eyes. 

 'There's our call! Let's go.' I hear him say snapping me out of my daydream.

We run towards the boarding gates hoping we don't miss our flight. I wasn't running very fast though as I was extremely tired at 6:30am.

Caylus's POV: 

We were on the plane and we'd been on the plane for about two hours. Keira looks really tired and the plane staff don't put on the recliner seats during the day. She looks like she just wants to sleep. 

'Keira, you can rest your head on me if you want to sleep' I whisper softly. Thats exactly what she did, she put her phone back in her bag and leaned her head on my shoulder. I put my arm around her to keep her warm. 

'Thank you' She says quietly as she falls asleep on my shoulder. 

Keira's POV: 

I woke up on Caylus's shoulder with his arm still around me. 'What time is it?' I whisper to him as it seems late and everyone else on the flight is asleep. 

'It's 12am, you slept through most of the flight' He replies giggling quietly. 

'You didn't get annoyed with my head on your shoulder for that long?' I ask as I sit back in my seat.

'Of course not, I like knowing you're safe, and you're always safe when you're with me.' He replies while also sitting up in his chair and holding my hand. 

(A/N: We're going to skip until the night of their anniversary because this is getting really long and you guys are probably getting bored)

Caylus's POV: 

Right now, Keira and I are out celebrating our 10 year anniversary, I took her out to this really fancy five star restaurant and when we finish eating I'm going to give her the surprise. I hope she likes it...

Keira's POV: 

I just finished eating my amazing dinner with Caylus for our anniversary, he says he has a surprise for me after and he just went to the bathroom, I wonder what it is. 

Caylus's POV:

This is it.. I'm going to propose to Keira on our 10 year anniversary. I really hope she says yes. I started with an incredibly long speech on why I love her.

'Keira, the mast 10 years you haven't struggled to make me the happiest i've ever been in my life, I want to thank you for just being in my life and just being with me. I will always be here for you no matter what you need or what I have to do. You're always so fun and cute and you're incredibly beautiful. I want to cherish you and your presence for the rest of my life, I love you Keira and I always will. That's why I'm here in front of you now *kneels down holding the box* Keira Bridget, will you marry me?' 

I could see the shock in her eyes and I could only hope that it was a good thing, I stood up in front of her as she stared into my eyes when I suddenly heard her say 

'Omg! Yes!' 

She ran into my arms and kissed me, I didn't want to let go of her, I wanted to hold her forever and hide her from the world and everything that can hurt her. I was so excited to marry her.
