Hide And Seek

(A/N: this is obviously in the future)

Kiera's POV:

Caylus and I are currently just chilling on the sofa while our daughter Emily is upstairs in her playroom. She's only 5 so she likes to get all the attention whenever she's not asleep, she's either playing or bugging Caylus and I. It's almost 5pm and she hasn't came down saying she's hungry yet. I wonder whats up there..

'I'm gonna check the camera and make sure Em is ok.' I say as I pull out my phone to check.

'I'm sure she's fine Keira.' Caylus replies as he looks over to the screen. 'She's asleep?!'

'She is! We get some time to ourselves for once!' I say excitedly knowing I get to spend even more time with Caylus.

'You know what that means' He says as he pulls me in to kiss me. I missed these random make out sessions a lot. Since Emily was born we haven't had the time to be together. Unfortunatly, it was cut short again, who by you ask? None other than Emily. We pulled apart as we heard her coming downstairs.

'Guess she's awake now' Caylus says in disappointment.

Emily's POV:

'Mummy, Daddy! Come play with me!!' I say with puppy eyes.

'Alright baby what do you want to play?' Mommy replies and I immediately know what we should play.

'Hide and Seek!'

'Alright hun' Daddy replies as him and Mommy get up.

'You and Mommy together since I'm so good and you'll never find me alone!' I say knowing they wont find me at all.

'Ok bet, we'll count to 10.' Mommy replies as I run to hide. I am definitely gonna hide under the blanket on my bed!

Caylus's POV:

'She's so gonna be under the blanket.' I say to Keira as we finish counting.

'Of course she is, let's leave her there for a little tho..' She replies pulling me back onto the sofa and kissing me.

'Good idea..' I mumbled in the middle of one of our kisses.

I hope we don't leave poor Em there for too long.. but I'm enjoying this..
