No one has actually said anything about this yet, but I'll put something up just in case. Either that or I'm the only one having this problem. But when you click "View all Stories" on my profile (or whatever it says) it only shows maybe around 6 of my stories? Clearly it says I've made 27.
So, to make it easier to find everything, I've put everything in one reading list on my profile. Clearly labeled "Shit I Wrote".
If no one is actually having this problem on my profile then don't worry about it.
