Yep, another one because I felt like it and haven't gotten any questions yet.
https://www.quotev.com/story/12602598/Challenge-of-the-Century-Danganronpa-Edition <This is where the questionnaire came from.
I may end up answering the same questions but if I do I'll see if I can try to go into more detail ^_^
My favorite DR1 character is Kyoko. I like her stoic and yet somehow empathetic personality and detective skills.
My favorite DR2 character is Nagito. I feel like I can get his way of thinking, and I like that there's a more complex and layered personality to him.
My favorite DR3 character is Kokichi! Haha, my friend was right 😂. I haven't finished but I'm over halfway there. So, I like his personality; it's got layers. That's how I like characters! Plus he's a smoll boy with a cute sprite 👉👈🥺. I'm still an inch shorter though 😎.
I mean... that kind of depends on the cast of the Danganronpa. I'd probably be frightened, and gain trauma but if I were in with certain *COUGH Danganronpa 2 COUGH* casts, I'd be doing other things *COUGH stalking Nagito COUGH*.
Totally a victim. I'm weak, have horrid stamina, usually spend time alone, and wouldn't hold up for even a moment in a fight. I'm a pretty dang perfect victim. The biggest shaker on this is that I'm extremely jumpy.
My least favorite Danganronpa 1 character I think is Hifumi. I don't know what it is but something about him just sort of pokes me off track.
My least favorite DR2 character is Hiyoko. It's mostly on a trigger level, as I said before, but to specify more it can be involved with how she reacts to Kazuichi being proven wrong in the first trial. The words she uses reference his life is meaningless, and, being someone who has experience feeling this and having friends that feel like this, it is an extreme trigger for me.
My least favorite DR3 character, is kind of hard. It's between and Angie and Miu (Haha I've been writing her last name so much I forgot her first name for a moment 😂). Miu makes me uncomfortable, I'll keep it at that. Angie... can you just not. Say. Aria. Every. Other. Sentence.
Best OTP is KomaHina (Nagito x Hajime). I have no doubt. I think that Nagito's calmer aspects could be a good match when meeting people against Hajime's cynical traits, and when Nagito goes through his more crazy times, the more levelheaded side of Hajime is there to make sure he doesn't do anything too crazy.
Best yaoi ship is KomaHina (Nagito x Hajime). Along with what's above, I think that Nagito's belief in Hajime is a crucial piece of his self-esteem, as we've seen that he's often down on himself for not having a talent. Along with that, Hajime's attempts to understand Nagito are something very dear to Komaeda, as very few- if any at all- have tried, and inside he really does want someone to understand him.
Best yuri ship is OgaHina (Sakura x Aoi). I think that Sakura's calmer personality is a good tether to Aoi's energetic one, and Aoi's more cheerful aspects keep Sakura from taking everything too seriously. I think that they'd both be good to help make sure the other doesn't get too wild or waste their life, leaving them in a good middle.
Cruelest murder I think is Chihiro. It's more on a moral than physical level, as the one he trusted to help him achieve his goal of becoming stronger betrayed him before he could do so. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate Mondo for this because I can see his blindness in the moment and it's obvious he feels remorse for it.
Cruelest execution is Chiaki's anime execution. Though it is my favorite, both on a moral and physical level it's cruel. Physically she's put through a whole lot of pain, and morally she's led to believe that she makes it back to her classmates before ultimately being killed.
The best class trial is Peko's trial. I mostly like the ending and execution. I liked the little look of the true personality behind the hard exterior Fuyuhiko puts up, and it's just all around emotional and I love it.
Worst class trial I'm not certain of. I can't say many of them underwhelmed me and I definitely enjoyed all of them. My closest to it would be Leon's, as it was likely the easiest case, but the road to his execution was still fun.
The saddest death was Chiaki's anime death. I mean, the interaction with Izuru as she was dying. Like, "Just one more game". It's so sad to me and she didn't even get to see him react to it.
The saddest execution is Chiaki's anime one or Peko's. Chiaki's for the reasons I've stated above, and Peko's because I mean... Fuyuhiko is just trying to get to her and save her and it's so sad to me how it all ended with her death and him getting hurt.
Best plot twist is Izuru's introduced existence. I will state no more.
I would not mind kissing Hajime. Like, I'd be hella embarrassed but I still wouldn't mind it.
I would not mind dating Makoto. Fun fact I'm like two inches shorter than him <_<
I would not mind marrying Nagito. That would legitimately be a dream come true.
I would be relieved, interested, and scared at the same time. Relieved because I'd feel really guilty about killing. Interested because I'd be curious as to what my execution would be. Scared because I'd be worried about how much it'll hurt.
Cutest character is Nagtio all the way VwV. I just love his little floof hair.
Best boi is Makoto. Optimistic bean, what more can I say?
Best gurl is Aoi. Energetic donut child, what more can I say?
I took a test and got Ultimate Poet. However, in truth, I don't think of myself as that good of a poet. Rather, I think I'd be better suited for something like the Ultimate Novelist, as I love to write books and my experience has made me good at it.
I can't say I really sway either way. I think everyone will have both and need both. I think that a healthy amount of both is best. No one should be ignorantly optimistic, nor should they be unreasonably hopeless.
The best protagonist (terming from main characters) is Makoto. I think that he's optimistic, but to a reasonable extent, and he still experiences despairful emotions rationally, while still thinking logically.
I loved Danganronpa 2. The cast itself to me wasn't my favorite (Too many loud characters :,)) but the motives, story, and ending I thought were amazing. Also, Nagito X3.
In all honesty, I'm most hesitant to watch playthroughs of Danganronpa 3 because I'm scared I'll be disappointed by the commentary against the YouTuber I've been watching. So, I like the game itself, but I'm worried about being underwhelmed by them.
*Also. I was absently thinking and I came up with a little headcannon:
Kyo is 5'0. Nagito is 5'9 (in eg versions). Hajime is 5'8 (in eg versions). So, the height difference between Nagito/Hajime and Kyo is fairly big (In my view at least). So, in an everyday AU where Nagito and Hajime are dating and Kyo is a third wheeler neither trust to be alone for longer than an hour for reasons they won't specify, if they go out and meet a stranger, they'll sometimes claim that Kyo is their adopted child. They're always found out, but only because Kyo ends up in tears from excessive laughter.*
Yes, I think of this sort of thing absently. ^
And for context, Kyo is my Danganronpa main oc/sona.
