Chapter II

Blacken

One. Two. Three...

I counted the yellow orange-colored bodies in my thermal scope and reach a total of thirteen people. One by one I tried to remember their position in the house, it will help me to avoid them while completing my mission. There are six members of the family, three would be their help and the remaining four are the bodyguards. It would have been easy to go in and out if I could shoot the four bodyguards with my sniper rifle, but that would be roucous, as much as possible, I don't want to alarm the head of the family. If he knew I'm going to attack like this, he will be on guard from now on and I don't want that. I don't want to kill them yet. It is not their time. If it isn't for this mission, I wouldn't cross path with them yet.

I pulled my fabric mask down my face, it covered all, except my eyes. Running for a momentum, I  jumped and climbed the tall wall effortlessly. Leaping on the other side of it in total silence. But I didn't expect a rounding guard to be beside me on the ground. The cigarette on his hand fell when I startled him. I quickly spin my feet to where he is standing, causing him to fall down even before he pointed the gun at me. Then I deliver blow after blow that rendered the man unconcious. I retrieved the gun and with precise hand disassembled it, took the bullets out and put it inside my pocket then throw the gun on the other side of the wall. Lucky for this guy I am not here to kill, so all I did is to tie him with a rope and wrap a cloth to his mouth. Then I pulled him to a tall bush to hide him. As much as possible I wanted to disguise myself as a thief tonight.

Like a panther in the dark I entered the house by hacking over their passcode doorlock using my decoder device.

As I remembred in the termal scope. All of the family members are already asleep and the bodyguards are slugging in their post at the front door. I walked silently on a dim-lighted hallway, climbed up the stairs to the second floor. Then I walked straight to my target room. I slowly opened the door and took a peek inside. It was dark with only a blue dot of light of an air humidifier. A sweet scent assaulted my nostrils as I entered. As expected a small shape of a body is lying on the bed.

But as soon as I took another step on the floor I slipped, creating a small thud. I can't believe what happened as I look at the bed in front of me for any sign of movement. Thankfully, there's none. My eyebrow knotted at what cause my downfall and I can't believe my eyes when I saw how messy the floor is. My eyes are now well adjusted to the darkness of the room and on the floor I saw disgarded clothes everywhere. There are some used tissues on the floor, some empty beer cans, litters of plastics from junkfoods and pizza boxes with unfinised pizza inside it, and a whole lot of food crumbs filth. It was a mess. I can't believe it doesn't smell bad in here yet.

I stood up and stretched my sore waist. My butt was a little wet because I slipped on some spilled beer on the floor.

Paano ko ngayon hahanapin ang bagay na iyon sa basurang kwarto na ito?!

Napaisip ako habang hindi pa rin makapaniwalang nakatitig sa maruming kwarto.

I cringed when I took another step. Ngayon masasabi ko na hindi pala madali ang task na ito gaya ng una kong paniwala. Sa tambak na basura na ito, I don't know if I can make a thorough search.

I don't even know where to start kaya muli kong iniikot ang mata ko sa kabuuan ng kwarto.

Then I started moving in a cautious stride towards the wardrobe. I carefully pulled one drawer and I saw a bunch of unfolded t-back panties that made my lips curl in a smirk. Sinimulan ko iyong halughugin. Natapos ko na ang buong wardrobe ng babae pero wala ang hinahanap ko. Sinunod ko ang ang desk nito. Hinalughog ko bawat drawer, loob at labas, kinapa ang bawat anggulo ng mga iyon kung meron mang hidden storage, pero bigo ako, wala doon ang hinahanap ko. Sinubukan kong buksan ang laptop ang babae, binuksan lahat ng file habang panaka-nakang ninanakawan ng tingin ang tulog na pigura ng babae sa kama. It took me an hour pero wala pa din doon ang hinahanap ko.
