Sunday morning
*Vinnie's POV* (oop we switching it up)
"Hey Vinnie!" Someone barges in my room. I look down to make sure Aurora's still asleep.
"Shh you're going to wake her up. She hasn't gotten sleep in a while" I kiss her forehead and turn my attention to the other person in my room.
"Sorry? But your mom texted saying she's coming later tonight" My eyes widen at Bryce's words.
I nod "Thanks" he nods then leaves. I look back down at the small body in my hands. She's beautiful, even when she's still asleep. I've never noticed she had freckles. Her face fits perfectly in my hands and her body its like it was made for me. She's perfect. (I know Riley doesn't have freckles but go with it)
My eyes widen at my thoughts oh shit no, no, no. I slowly remove my hands from her body. She stirs.
"Who came in?" She mutters not opening her eyes. Fuck, he did wake her up.
"Bryce" she hums in response still not opening her eyes. "My moms coming later" I get my phone and answer text messages. She jumps up with wide eyes.
"What happened?"
"I have to get ready. I love your mom, shes amazing I don't know what happened to you" she mutters the last part.
I roll my eyes "Come here" I open my arms and she looks at the door then me. She sighs before crawling into my arms. And I can feel her heartbeat on my chest. "Calm down. I can feel your heartbeat. We got time"
She takes a shaky breath and nods into my chest. I kiss her forehead and I feel her tense before relaxing.
"Can you uh do the circles please?" She mumbles quietly. I smile.
"Sure babe" I put my hands on her waist and start making circles with my thumb. She hums in response. She's always so tense. "Go to sleep. I'll be here when you wake up"
"What about your mom an-" she starts rambling but I cut her off.
"I'll wake you up in time so you can get ready. Go to sleep"
"Thank you" she mutters sleepily.
"Always,...always" I breath.
