Practice went well for the team except for Kogane messing up a few times but it was kind of cute to be honest. He seemed to be really energetic and passionate about volleyball, but he definitely needed some practice...
You got up from sitting on the bleachers and goddamn your legs were tired as fuck

you two exchanged numbers and went your separate ways...except you soon found out you were going the same way

"this way!!" he pointed to the left down the road you always go down to get to your house

"is there a problem??"
no, it's just that's the way to my house too.
"WHAAAAAT!? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SOONER? NOW WE CAN BE BUDDIES WHO WALK HOME TOGETHER!! HOW COOL ID THAT!"
holy shit can this dude yell any louder? but it's adorable how he reacts sometimes🥺
i mean, we only just met today and it's not like i would tell a total stranger where i live anyway. but of course! we can be buddies who walk home together :)
you two turn left down the street and start walking home together. it was always really nice to walk home late and look at the stars but it was different with someone else, not necessarily in a bad way, but just different. you didn't know how to explain it but at the same time you did. who knows? you were happy koganegawa was there with you and that's all you knew for sure☺️
