"I do, Pa." (Y/N) smiled and joined along.
"Then (B/N) always keep troubling you no matter how many times we shouts at him. He's just a troublesome kid, you know?" Don Franzese took a sip of his wine.
"He did troubled me a lot. I'm still mad at him for that." (Y/N) smiled.
"And your mother always used to scold him. She is a true terrifying Sicilian. I'm telling you son, you better marry the village woman rather than someone in the city." Don Franzese said.
"I will see, Pa. Now my mind is not on relationship now that I'm handed a great responsibility." (Y/N) then gave a serious looks.
"Also don't fall for Kirigiri's daughter. We now know that she is investigating your link, even though you both are good friends." Don Franzese said before taking another sip.
(Y/N) simply couldn't help but smiled at his father's worrisome expression.
"Also, did you check the call records that goes in and out of this place?" Don Franzese asked.
"Yes Pa, I already done that." (Y/N) replied.
"I'm sorry if I'm going over the Eladio's business. It's just an old habit of me. You can never be too careless nowadays." Don Franzese said.
He stood up and sat beside him. From there, (Y/N) could see his father's sadness. Before he could question it, Don Franzese spoke.
"You know, out of all people, I never expected you to be my heir. I taught your brother everything I know, but his foolish temper is what gonna get him killed. The love you have for your sister, I know you won't let her become my heir."
"I can feel my end's coming. This Eladio's business pushed me to the limit, where I'm starting to understand my written destiny." Don Franzese took a sip.
"Pa, they are also my family. You asked me for help, and I'm here for you. I will protect and keep them close to me." (Y/N) said.
Don Franzese couldn't help but smiled. But then his smile dropped and took a sip once more.
"You know, I spent thousand of thousand dollars on you, to study laws in a Foreign country. I wanted to make you a better man, something I couldn't be back then."
(Y/N) was silently hearing his father.
"You believes in Justice. You want to serve by the Justice. You disobeyed your own father by the honor of Justice. And here I am, making you slowly become what once you truly despised of."
"No Pa, please don't think like that. I will handle from here, you know I will." (Y/N) pleaded.
"I knew that (B/N) was going to have to go through all this. I promised him that his chance will come since you refused to be one but you know how he is. And (S/N), well she was.....You also know how she is..... God bless her pure heart."
Don Franzese then sadly looked at him. (Y/N) suddenly stared at him straight.
"After all this years, I thought you despise me of what I had become now. But I never, I never wanted this for you. I wanted you to be a good civilian, like you always wanted to be. I work my whole life, I don't apologize to take care of my family."
