Chapter 1

It was just another day I woke up to my alarm blaring again stupid thing if only I had something to silence the blastad thing oh wait I do the snooze button. I hit the snooze button and had a feeling that I had forgotten something but what was it........ Then I remembered "oh shit I'm going to be late for work. Fuck!" I shot out of bed and quickly jumped into the shower and got sorted for work. My name is Luna Black I died when I was sixteen yet somehow came back to life not that I'm complaining life is great I'm so happy that I came back, I've now been living on my own for two years because my family doesn't know I came back to life luckily. Anyway back to my dilemma, so after I had sorted myself out I quickly ran to the diner that I worked at and I wasn't late which for me is actually a surprise even my boss noticed my early appearance.

"Are you feeling okay Luna your early for once" Hunter said while smirking and laughing. Did he have to smirk he knows females have hormones and with me only being a eighteen year old girl who's never had sex I'm definitely gonna get wet with the smirk he has on his face he can eat me up anytime.

"Well my stupid alarm woke me up early so you have that to thank for my amazing presence this early in the morning." I said sarcastically while rolling my eye's at him.

"Oh I will" he says with a grin "anyway Missy since your early you can wipe down the table's in the diner so people don't have to worry about germs"

"If we're getting rid of germs shouldn't we make sure your out of the room?" I said with a grin.

Hunter laughed and quickly flicked my ass with the cloth in his hand "cheeky minx, get to work" he said smirking again, doesn't he know any other facial expression.

"Yes sir" I said with a playful glare and a smirk while rolling my eyes at him. After our little conversation I got to work but first stuck my earphones in my ears so I could focus on my task but first I rubbed my chest because it was twinging but I have no idea why. After wiping tables for roughly half an hour the diner finally opened and in came people unfortunately. I was behind the till taking someone's order when things started going bad,

"hello what can I get you sir?" I asked politely to the man in front of me, he stared me up and down checking me out before saying his order

"well I would like a black coffee and a slice of bake well tart please unless you have something sweeter to offer?" He added with a wink straight away I wanted to beat the shit out of him the sleazy bastard doesn't he have any respect for women?.

"I'm sorry sir but that kind of thing isn't bought here but if you are into that sort of thing then the bar 27 down the road will be to your liking sir" I said emotionlessly while ringing up his order

"that will be £4.58 please" I said holding out my hand, he handed me £5.00 with a glare

"keep the change" he spat. I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to see who it was

"how can I help you Hunter?" I asked carefully not sure why he was standing behind me.

"What did that man say to you Luna and you better tell me the truth" Hunter said angrily, why was he angry he couldn't possibly care could he? No it must be because I'm one of his employee's yeah that's it. "Look he was just being a jerk you don't have to worry about it now anyway I sorted it okay" I said trying to calm him down I really didn't need him going loco on the customers that would not be good for business at all.

"If he or any other male customers talk to you like that you come straight to me, do you understand what I'm saying Luna?"

"Yes sir" I whispered, he grabbed my chin and made me look up and stare him in his amazing blue eye's.

"I said do you understand Luna?" He said with so much authority in his voice it was sexy.

"Yes sir" I said much louder.

"Good" he said then walked away leaving me with a pain somewhere in my chest but I could not place where or why it was happening?.
