chapter 1

I was sitting on the edge of my bed fixing my lacrosse stick for the practice tomorrow, and hopefully make first line because Stiles and me where always sitting on the bench.

I through my stick on to my bed, did a few pull ups then brushed my teeth. Suddenly hear a noise comeing from the roof, I grab a bat, and go down stars and out to the front porch to see what it was. Then Stiles scared the shit out of me when he came off the roof.

"Stiles what the hell are you doing!" I yelled at Stiles.

"You weren't answering your phone! And why do you have a bat!?" he yelled back at me.

"I thought you where a predator!" I tolled Stiles.

"A pre...? anyways I know it's late, but my dad left about 20 minutes ago, dispatch call. Their bringing every officer in beacon hills department, and even the state police."

"For what?" I asked

"Two jogers found a body in the woods" Stiles said.

"A dead body?" I asked him.

"No Scott, a body of water. Yes, dumb ass a dead body!" Stiles said sarcastically.

"You mean like murder?"

"No one knows yet just that it was girl probably in her late twenties."

"If they found the body then what are we looking for then?" I asked

"That's the best part they only found... half!we're going." Stiles said sounding exsided about it.

I got in to Stiles's jeep and then we went to the woods.

"I can't believe that we're doing this." I said feeling nervous.

"Your the one who always bitches about nothing happening in this town." he said as we got out of his jeep with a flashlight.

"I was trying to get a good night's sleep for practice tomorrow,"

"Right 'cause sitting on the bench is such a grueling effort." Stiles said sarcastically.

"No, because I'm playing this year and in fact, I'm making first line!" I said.

"Hay that's the spirit! Everyone should have a dream, even an unrealistic one," Stiles said straight out.

I knew that this was a bad idea because what if we got caught?

"Stiles exactly what part of the body are we looking for?"

"Uh I didn't think about that." he said

"And what if the person that killed the girl is still out here?" I asked as we continued to walk though the woods.

"Also something I forgot to think about" he said as we laid on a hill when we seen an officer and I took a puff of my inhaler.

"Maybe the severe as-medic should be holding the flashlight." he laught a little.

Then Stiles got up and started to run towards the officer

"Stiles wight" I said but my voice was a little queazy so he couldn't hear me. So I got up and started to run after him, but just then Stiles was caught by a police man so I hid behind a tree so I wouldn't get caught to.

"Hang on, hang on this little delinquent belongs to me." sheriff Stilinscie say's as he walks over to Stiles.

"Hi dad how's it going" Stiles say's trying to sound innocent.

"So do you listen to all of my phone calls?"sheriff stilinscie say's to Stiles

"No!... Well not the boring one's."

"So where is your partner in crime?" he said well took around.

"You mean Scott. He's at home, he said that he whanted to get a good night sleep before pratice tomorrow. it's just me... in the woods... alone" Stiles said to his dad, and trying not to get me in troble to.

Then Stiles's dad shines the flashes the flashlight into the woods "Scott you out there?" Then he dragged Stiles to his car to make sure that he goes home, and thank god that his dad didn't see me.

I started to head back home when I hear a howl coming from the distance, then a flock of deer come out of nowhere and I fall to the ground. When the deer leave I get up and dig in to my pocket to take a puff of my inhaler and I notice that it wasn't in there so I grabed my cell phone and turned it on so I could use it like a flashlight to find my inhaler. When I was looking for my inhaler I came across the other half of the body that Stiles and I where looking for earlier, and It scared the shit out of me. I got up and ran but then I fell down a hill.

When I got back up on to my feet I saw two red glowing eyes staring back at me it let out a low growl. Then I started to run the other way but unfortunately I wasn't fast enough because the next thing I knew I was being dragged on the ground by my leg, then the huge animal got on top of me and pinned me to the ground so I couldn't get up, then it showed me it's large white canines, and bit into my side. I let out a pain full scream. Then I got up and ran home.

When I got home I texed Stiles and tolled him that after he got caught that I started to head home and that I was bit by aninmal.
